At times, AFK was plagued by labor shortages and taking on too many other projects while trying to manage ours within the committed timeframe. They still enabled us to be in our home for the holidays, and we worked together to efficiently work through our punch list.
We definitely recommend AFK for a quality job but would emphasize clearer communication and expectations management to ensure the job is completed on time.”

Conveniently located, Robert and his family have done a fine job of merchandising a wide selection of tile and stone products from all over the world. Samantha (Sam) delights guests with a yummy pot of candies on her desk and expertly works to make sure sales staff is quickly assigned to each customer. I was impressed how professional and knowledgeable each sales associate presented and cared for their clients. Take home samples were redily available and carefully labeled to move the selection process along. I would highly recommend RST as a "must see" if you are remodeling, bulding a new home, or just dreaming.”

“Today I worked with an associate named Ruby to place my tile order for my master bathroom renovation. Both of my sales associates had the day off. It’s very rare that you meet an employee that provides exceptional customer service. Ruby helped me place an order over the phone & assisted me with my new Floor & Decor credit card which was just issued. She was very patient taking her time to ensure we order sufficiently as well as accurately. She walked me through the payment process and stayed on the line with me to ensure the order’s completeness. It was such a pleasant experience.”
“Working with Armando and his crew has been a great experience from his first visit to installation in one day for two bathrooms with 3 sinks. The entire project was one week from measure to install including plumbing. Armando contracted the entire job from removal of a cabinet sitting on the countertop to removing faucets and drains to reinstall after countertops were placed. This was the second time I’ve contracted with Armando and AGM and was completely satisfied. He is well known in my golf community as being a craftsman, reliable and moderately priced. I’m totally please and highly recommend.”

I had heard good things about them from a neighbor, and they delivered. Our family truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The design process was fun, engaging, and supportive. We listened to their advice on a few things that are now our absolute favorite. The remodel crew was super clean and organized. Our condo superintendent even shared that they did an outstainding job being respectful and cleaning up the construction site, leaving it better than before. We will use them again when we redo our bathrooms. Great company.”

“I'm having two bathrooms remodeled and my contractor advised that we go to Ferguson because they have such a large selection of products and really good consultants to help with deciding what to get. Michelle LaCroix is one of the consultants and she came highly recommended. Michelle was fabulous! Michelle is very knowledgeable, thorough and she asks questions that help a person make decisions rather than trying to sell a person. Michelle is very personable and easy to talk to. Ferguson is lucky to have someone like Michelle working there.”
