David is THE MAN! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to push sales, rather he was more like a family member that actually cared for us- so I knew I could trust Kane’s. They have such a large leather selection and price points anyone could manage. Thanks Kane’s!

I drove up to north Naples to look at a leather couch and two recliners. I found some I liked and wrote down info, and made a plan to come back after some research.My reason for 1 star is that I was immediately accosted inside the door the first time I visited and although I said I was just browsing and didn't need any help, I was "shadowed" around the store as I looked at inventory.On my 2nd visit, I was prepared to purchase the couch and 2 chairs. A different sales person (Mike) greeted me and then followed me over to the couch area.As per my photos, here's where my real dissatisfaction occurred. I had looked at 2 chairs marked $599.00, and a couch marked $999.00. You can see the giant price tag on the couch. So I added up two X $599 and 1 X $999, applied the 20% discount and voila, Mike had a higher price. Because the big price tags they have are NOT for the furniture they're stuck on. The price tags were for manually operated (non-electric) seats, with no movable headrest. The electric ones were $799.00 for the recliners, and $1,299.00 for the couch. I said "why is the price tag so big and applied to a piece of furniture that doesn't match the price a customer would pay?" Mike insisted I should read the "fine print" and that it says underneath the giant price tag that this isn't the price. He said it over and over until I told him he was losing me, and then I said I wouldn't purchase anything from their store and left the premises.I think it's shameful that they put a big price tag on the furniture knowing it isn't what that piece costs, AND it's terrible that they then didn't have a manually operated model for me to compare it with. Just very dishonest and shady.

Bobby Bruemmer was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in with my husband ( plenty of space to move freely and not feel under any commitment) to the time when we asked for help he was there. Professionalism at its finest.Listened to what we were looking for and what we had to say the. Offered up what he thought was best for us. Ok! I purchased $15,000 of furniture in June. We've had issues with a few of our items. I've sent countless emails and reached out to our salesmen and called multiple times. Apparently when you have an issue nobody responds. FUCK Kane's Furniture and corporate as well. Obviously they make the sale and don't give a rats ass afterwords. I highly recommend going elsewhere. These people suck!
