I would give a zero if I could. I scheduled an appointment over a week out, arrived to find no one there. I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment only for no one to show up! I also left several messages that were not responded to at all! A complete waste of time!

Service was very disappointing. Our returns were printed and handed to us on the spot. They had to be sorted and organized when we returned home. Our returns were handed to us after 3pm on April 18th. We had to buy envelopes and go straight to the post office to pay our taxes. First time we used Jackson Hewitt --- unable to reach preparer after repeated calls. Finally made an appointment for 2:30 pm through the internet but could only get in on the 18th. If we had not been persistent our taxes would have been filed late with penalties because we owed taxes. Still have to make another appointment for follow-up questions. Poor communication, poor organization, poor people skills. Never experienced such disorganization!

My first visit no one showed up so I was very upset I called left a message and the next day I got a return call and they told me to come in at 1 o’clock which I did the girl could not of been nicer she made up for the inconvenience that I was put through the day before. I will definitely use them again because of her

Went to get my taxes done. No appointment. Boom. I was able to go though it with her and understand what was needed. The price was right. Virginia was easy to talk to and answered questions intelligently. Great problem solving skills. Done!

My wife and I came in thinking it was going to take long and expensive, but it was Fast, easy and a big refund!! Neil was profesional, concerned, courteous and funny! Keep up the great work thanks Neil!
