I've never had my taxes done so wrong in my life. Ended up getting a check back from the IRS for over a $100000. From there mistake. They refused to pay any of the costs to have the taxes redone.They charge me all the money to do the taxes wrong And they think they owe no apology for it. They could have cared less.I would never recommend them to anyone. There are the worst tax company I've ever seen.

I called several offices of H&R, because the firstones were too busy to answer. Normal for now.The last one was friendly and helpful, but in theend, I decided to try Turbotax for only $89.My friends said to give it as try. It was good,and I finished my taxes in about 100 minutes.Before I started Turbotax, I didn't think I coulddo it by myself, but it worked okay.Now I'm visiting France, and if you can believe,I'm almost able to forget about American taxes!

This is my 3rd year going to Ms. Becky C. She is ABSOLUTELY the Best!!!! So organized, patient, kind, wise, & VERY knowledgeable!!!! I would not go to anyone else but her!!!! She is beyond amazing & very professional!!!!This office at times does seems a bit disorganized however, if you deal only with her, you will be in great hands!!! That’s all I do!!
