Absolutely paltry customer service. And during the holidays on top of it. I got to checkout with over $100 in product and at the last minute the cashier called a manager over for some clearance fabric. She was very rude and said I'd have to go back and get it measured again. I said I was going to but the whole bolt and she yelled saying it didn't matter and I should have known that and abruptly walked away. I've never seen anything like it. Last time I ever shop here. Buyers beware!!!!
