The best nail salon I have ever been to! I have never been a repeat customer before until I got my nails done at herbal nail bar, every place I had been to would Cut off too much of my cuticles making them bleed. Don literally brought my nails and cuticles back from the dead. Quality does not come cheap, the costs are 100% justified in my opinion because they work hard, use top-quality materials and treat you and your nails with the utmost care! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting nails that last over a month without breaking or chipping!

First and only time at this place, horrible treatment when I asked the dude to clean the polish off my finger (not the nail, he insisted the nail was perfect and it's fine, I was complaining about the rest of my finger), at first he told me to just wash my hands again, and then i asked him to fix the dead bits of cuticle he left and he called another nail tech over to tell me my nails were beautiful and it was a perfect manicure despite me pointing out the obvious bits of polish and large bits of almost falling off cuticle. After the entire time of him acting like he was doing me a favor and saving my nails, He then told me it was my fault because my hands were too stiff and I was on my phone too much. He got so mad I wanted my entire finger to look nice that he had to have another nail tech fix it and kept insulting me the whole time. My nails were done about 2 hours before these pictures and look almost a week grown out, the polish isn't laid out evenly by my cuticles and is a measurable distance from them, and that's after the second tech fixed the obvious issues. I booked a Russian manicure and any other place I've gone to for this service, the cuticles are clean, the polish is aligned with the nail bed, and they leave no imperfections on the nail or my fingers. and they especially don't blame me for getting nail polish on spots that aren't my nail or telling me I don't know what a Russian manicure is. I was really hoping this would be a regular place for me as it's so close to my job and a lot of my coworkers go there, but after the treatment I received there I'll gladly drive farther for better service. Additionally my middle finger nails were left shorter than the surrounding nails, thumb nails were both slanted to the left, most of them are but just the thumbs are obvious.

This nail salon is exceptional!!! They are always accommodating and so pleasant!! Vikki is my girl! She is meticulous and very detailed oriented. Prices are very reasonable. They use high quality products and my nails are so healthy now. I highly recommend!!!

I found this nail salon and was excited as it looked cute. I wish my experience matched. This was the worst salon I've ever been to. I was there for several hours and my nails were very basic. I had several nails that were different lengths, the polish was missing in some of the corners, my pedicure was the better of the whole experience but it was mediocre. When I spoke to the staff about what I saw I was dismissed and made to like I was crazy. Then to come to the end and be charged $205 was the most insane part. I again said something abd was just told that they tried, lol. My nails fell off one by one within a week in a half. I pray that they get some better techs in here and stop charging ridiculous prices until they figure out how to do them properly!

The quality of service was excellent. I was able to receive a mani/pedi and my husband received a pedi without needing an appointment. The vibe was nice and relaxed. Additionally, the space was very clean. I highly recommend!

I’ve never had my nails done professionally before but let me just say this place is not it. I came in asking for a simple nail design and I was told to pick all the colors myself. Even when I would ask for help because color matching an inspo picture is not my strong suit. The lady (I unfortunately did not get her name) was super lazy and left nail polish on my skin and the nail are was smudged and sloppy. All I asked was for flowers and stripes something I thought would be simple and not much to ask for. My nails even have air bubbles on top of the smudges and messy work that was done. I felt like I was bothering the lady everytime I asked her to fix it because she made no effort. And when she finished, she immediately left to the back of the salon to avoid me from asking her to correct her mistakes. Other techs would comment on how good my nails looked….i don’t need to be gaslit to know they look HORRIBLE? Super disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here please!

First time coming to Herbal Nail Bar and I must say, I am impressed! I came here with my mom and we both really loved the fact that this nail bar only uses organic materials & even makes their own products! We both came in for a manicure and then she got a pedicure as well, we also opted for a different technique of manicure than we have had before but they did NOT disappoint! I believe they used something along the lines of gel-x on us? Not 100% sure but be sure to ask about it when you go, I highly recommend as they didn't use the nasty chemical filled dip powder. This place is definitely unlike any nail bar I have ever gone to before and my mom agreed. With tons of pedicure chairs on one side of the wall and the manicure stations on the other, it gives a very relaxing feel to not have to listen to everyone's conversations! Thank you Don & Sophia!!

What a pleasant experience with Sophia, she took her time and carefully removed old acrylic from my nails without prying them off to start the service off right. She did an amazing job with the chrome natural gel nails and I will be back as a new loyal customer. I am so glad to have found this salon after having so many negative experiences at many other local ones between Naples and Fort Myers. My nails look nice and natural as well and not thick and bulky like they have come out so many times. Very relaxing atmosphere and I was offered a bottle of water as well when I was looking at the polishes.

I had a mani pedi, husband had a pedicure. Both were excellent but their was some unnecessary waiting around while people were switched around. I would go back and hope they are more efficient next time. I have tried 4/5 different nail places in the last 3 years. This was the best.

I came to Herbal Nail Bar for the 1st time after not being happy with my prior nail salon. I didn’t ask for anyone in particular but Sophia sat me with Vicky for a French dip mani. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the outcome of this appointment! Vicky was thorough in every step of the dip process, suggested different base color options and I’m loving my nails!!! I’m definitely coming back to this salon for all my services.

Favorite nail salon near me! They are always so accommodating and sweet. My girl goes above and beyond when she does my nail, vey very detail oriented and I like the fact that they use biogel it’s much better for your nail bed. 10/10 experience every time! Oh and they’re pedís are to die for they cut and mix up fresh whole ingredients to make the perfect concoction for your feet
