I am here as I write this. 8:30 am Tuesday December 19th, 2023. I have to agree with the other many negative comments and reviews. This place is a DUMP. And not just a dump by Naples' standards, it would be a dump in Detroit or Houston or Tallahassee. It's incredibly neglected, there's no attendant, and all the rest.

This place is a dump how hard is it to make sure the machines work! Taking advantage of the people is sad this place is not only dirty but had to use a stool to hold the dryer door shut smh this place is a waste and a disgrace i recommend another place but not this dump

Very friendly environment to do your laundry! Lots of broken but so many machines there's plenty to use. Small is $3 and large is $5. It goes pretty fast. It is really hot in here because the doors are open and the machines. My dog was welcome and very happy to hang out while we waited.
