I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst costumer service ever by the lady in the front the one that comes and gets your order. She has always had an attitude towards me but today she crossed the line when she mistreated me and was extremely rude even yelled at me in front of other costumers. I asked to speak with the manager but he/she was not there. I am not sure if that lady had a bad day but I believe this is the way she is because again it has happened in several occasion. This place should hire people that have excellent costumer service and are not prejudice towards Latino workers (even though she is Latina as well) and likes to work there.

We thought paying a premium to this locally owned store was to benefit the local community but when our parts to the $6000 bathtub we purchased began to fail, they were quick to send us to the manufacturer rather than assist us. We were thinking they may have reached out to the manufacturer for us while we were in the store but not so much. We are of the opinion that next time, we just go directly to the manufacturer and save some money since there was no benefit to us going to the store.

I was looking for a hard-to-find spigot, and Jason was very helpful. There was a mix-up on the shipping, but he immediately went to work and sorted it out. I also had some questions re my pool, and all the folks who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Our condo association remodeled 2 bath rooms located at our Clubhouse / Pool area, and after visiting several plumbing supply companies, Gorman's was selected as the vendor from whom we would purchase our plumbing fixtures. As the project moved forward "Jason" from Gorman's was my contact, and I can't tell you how impressed I was with his customer service, knowledge, and honesty. Jason always did exactly what he said he was going to do, his delivery dates and times were "spot on", and he constantly checked on the project with me via phone calls or emails. Through the entire project there is not one negative thing I can say about Jason or Gorman's. I highly recommend using this company.

We went to Gorman to check out plumbing fixtures for our home renovation. Jason was extremely helpful and spent ample time with us to help us understand our options for faucets, tub/shower fixtures, etc. Sharp contrast with our experience with a large showroom in the area -- they steered us to their own brand and were very pushy. Jason was low key and highly professional. Highly recommended!
