Shopping in store is by appointment only... scheduling an appt is 3-4 weeks out... what an absolute joke

I was looking for a hard-to-find spigot, and Jason was very helpful. There was a mix-up on the shipping, but he immediately went to work and sorted it out. I also had some questions re my pool, and all the folks who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back.
