DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They will over bill for services that were NOT provided. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ALWAYS GO HERE because there is a waiting list to see my child's dr and we can't get in for weeks. I think the drs here are excellent and always help my child in this horrible flu season.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY unless you want to pay hospital costs. I wish I had seen these reviews but I should have known better because no one was in the waiting room. Florida gov’t should shut them down for false advertising! This is not an urgent care facility; they are an outpatient hospital facility and should advertise themselves correctly. Shame on you for taking advantage of parents like this and for your false advertising.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! They advertise as an "URGENT CARE" tell you they accept your insurance and then bill you as a hospital would! They make you sign an electronic pad without showing you what you are signing. I don't know how these places get away with this. My guess is because they know out of state travelers come to this area and they trick you and charge your insurance for the facility and then for the doctor and then for the tests etc. Somene needs to contact the state AG office or AHCA and complain or call the local news. Or some attorney should file a class action lawsuit. Complete scam!! Blue cross will apply to your deductible, like they did for us, almost $1000 for a sore throat! Do not trust this place go to NCH urgent care on Vanderbilt, they charge a copay of $50 for me, no bills sent later. They will not explain this upfront. If you have many to waste for the same services you can get somewhere else, go to this awful place. You might as well go to the emergency room. Even that would be cheaper! Stay far far far away!!

Awful, Horrible and staff snotty and rude. They do not disclose they charge like an emergency room so they charged me an ER fee instead of my 30$ copay.

Staff could not have been nicer. I was taken into the room quickly. My daughter was treated as if she was their own.

I take my 10year old and 1 year old here and the staff is always welcoming and I never wait to long. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I’ve been a handful of times.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS URGENT CARE! My kids are clearly VERY sick, clearly with bright red throats, coughs, congestion, HACKING UP A LUNG!!!! Since they tested negative for everything the nurse practitioner is sending them back to school! Then you have the school that won’t allow them in school sick, they won’t excuse absents without a doctors note and the school threatens if they miss more than 9 days in a semester they have to repeat the course! My children are in your care you can clearly see they are sick and you can’t do anything for them! Not even a doctors note!!!! Complete waste of 3 hours of my life! Now I have to go sit in the actual ER so my children can be seen by someone that can actually care for them PROPERLY! The ladies at the front are very nice, but once they bring you in the back their lack of professionalism and the fact they have no care for children in their care clearly show they shouldn’t be working with them! All they are worried about is getting money! I’m putting the nurse practitioner down as my daughters new emergency contact so when the school calls me at work to come get her they will contact her to leave work and miss work! Completely uncaring, insensitive, RUDE woman! I’d rather go sick for 6 hours in the NCH hospital then ever come back to this place!

Beware, they charge you $216 for visiting the facility on top of the doctor's fee as it was a hospital (which obviously it is not a hospital). The insurance only covers $65 so you have to pay $151 on top of the doctors fee. It is cheaper and better service and equipment to go to the emergency room of NCH in North Naples.

Great experience when we had our 3yr old daughter treated - thanks to Jennifer and Dr Dominique Guerra and also the front desk team.

The hospital was clean and we were seen super fast. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to make sure that my son felt safe during his evaluations. Would definitely go back for any emergency and not the local ones near our house.

Took my two year old here today because it was the only urgent care in the area that will treat kids under 3 (at least two other places told us this, anyway). Fairly short wait, when we got there at opening. The staff was terrific. They even had someone on rotation to help with kids that were nervous/crying, which mine was, and the lady was really helpful, giving my daughter a toy that she loved played with. The doctor was super helpful and thoughtful, as well.Of note, a lot of folks are complaining about the way they charge, which is treating it like an ER visit. Check your insurance coverage before going, in case this is a problem. This billing practice has given them a low rating and I have no clue if it is the right thing to do for patients, but at least they are upfront about it…maybe they weren’t before? Regardless, I strongly suggest going here, if you need it!

The doctor was nice but the procedure he has to follow was ridiculous. They wanted my 2 year old to pee on an adult toilet for a urine sample in a bowl…. Didn’t work so I want to put a diaper on and the bathroom doesn’t have a changing table. The nurse said the one in the waiting room does….. this is a kids urgent center and no changing table? I asked to use a urine bag. The nurse said they didn’t have one but the doctor said they did. They finally let me use the urine bag for my daughter, collected the sample but later told me they couldn’t use that urine sample to send to the lab! That they wanted to catheterize her to get urine, even though they already had a sample! What a ridiculous process. So we left with no answers, just an upset parent and sick child. Terrible.

UPDATE (October 2022): Hours may be different. I recommend calling ahead.Went around 8 pm for a cut on my daughter's foot. As soon as the attendant typed why we were there into the computer, the doctor came out to the lobby to check how severe it was. Nurses Sue and April were wonderful. In the room, we watched the whole Brave movie while we waited, got cleaned up, got stitches, then got a popsicle reward. Seriously, the nurses could not have been more wonderful and the doctor was nice too. They accept most insurances from what I understand and the prices are posted on the wall in the lobby for those without insurance.
