We bought a new set of clubs and a Hybrid fot total over 1300$. Jim was very nice and helpful but when we picked up the gear the next day they where not very friendly! We spent so much money and had to ask for a headcover for the Hybrid! Nobody said „ thank you“ or something like that.

Perhaps they should consider a name change to Golf911. The shaft in my pitching wedge broke today, and I have a game booked for Sunday. The golf superstore closest to our home told me it would be a 48 hour wait to get it re-shafted. Jim, at Golf Galaxy, bent over backwards to help me! Told me it would be 45 minutes, but I’m pretty sure he had it done quicker than that. Now, it will have time to set up and dry completely before I play Sunday. Can’t say enough about the customer service we received today. Even if the drive is a bit further, I’ll be back!

Worst customer service ever. Sold me 2 hats that were identical they rang up 2 different prices and refused to fix over the phone. Now I have to drive all the way back down there to show them the receipt even though they could have pulled the transaction up under my account. Totally unacceptable especially after how many thousands I spend there yearly. Not anymore golf Galaxy lost a loyal customer I’m going to golf guys from here on out!!!!!

I had an iron fitting with Dale and he did an awesome job finding my weak areas and coming up with a shaft and lie angle to help my iron trajectory, clubhead speed, and consistency. Glad I came in!

Had a really nice day with the team at golf Galaxy. Had a lesson scheduled, so I got there early and talked with John. He was great and welcomed me to hit a few, in one of the bays. Then the Pro, Dave, met with me and we had a great session. Ended it all up with some new grips for the sticks...! Thanks guys.
