The staff at the store was knowledgeable and helpful. I need my passport photo taken (not US passport), spent 2 hrs trying to find somebody who can do it. There was no hope. Then I called the store, and he answered 'yes'. He is my lifesaver, the only one in Naples who can do OS passport photos.

The man that works there is awful! He makes renting a U-Haul as difficult as he can for you. He has a bad attitude and is very pessimistic. I'll never rent there again. From getting the U-Haul to returning it he was utterly rude.
