Went in for general maintenance and rotated tires. Drove away after they completed and felt a terrible vibration in one of the tires. Took the car immediately back and found out that the lug nuts were not tightened before I drove off. I would expect this in a fly by night auto repair

I Purchased a new Toyota Highlander at Germains. You can expect high-pressure sales, low value for your trade-in, and it will take you an entire day to purchases your new car. I'm not sure I would purchase another new car from them. As for service... the service representatives do a great job, the mechanics usually get it right the first time, and they try to save you money. They have excellent service departments but VERY VERY difficult to get an appointment on short notice.

I had my car towed to Germain over the weekend and left it in the service bay for Monday morning. I was updated all through the day and into the following two days as we waited for parts to arrive from California. By Wednesday I had the car back and everything was repaired exactly as I asked. Great job!

Always professional from the moment I drop off my car until the work is done. Customer service reps keep me informed of the progress. I've never had a negative experience at Germain Toyota.

Brought this car down from Massachusetts and this was its first service in Florida. It had not been serviced since before COVID. They were able to access all my previous service records, and recommend the appropriate service. They did not try to oversell me, the service was prompt, and I left a happy customer.

Oil changed on Thursday December 24th . I had to go Back in on the following Monday because the drain plug was not replaced correctly. Oil dripping all over driveway. Oil replaced correctly this time. My sales experience with them was awful...just awful. Back in July 2021. Promises were promised! This earlier occasion, I was in the middle of moving from naples to Illinois. I was in for service again. They approached me about trading my car like any good dealership would do. But on this, My first meeting with them I was told they could NOT do a deal. This was ok with me as I had a year left on my lease and I had just sat with them more out of curiosity and courtesy since they had approached while I was in service. No deal at that time was no big deal to me. So, I'm back home packing etc and got a call from them saying they'd do the deal. I said I was too busy with the move but they promised to have paperwork etc all ready and all I would have to do is sign and drive. I said ok, but you better be serious because I'm too busy right now for any hanky panky. I texted my driver license, insurance etc. They said they'd call when paperwork was ready. They called and I reiterated my time constraints but was promised it would not take long. I go and sure enough, all the paperwork was ready. The deal jacket was on the desk. I sat and started signing. Salesman (very nice - Paul) takes the deal to the desk and we wait And we wait.... And we wait some more........................... Finally someone comes by and sits and tells me "oh, we can't take this deal...we're going to need another $80 bucks A MONTH!!!!! I couldn't believe it! Words were probably said and I huffed out of there and went back to my packing a VERY angry fellow. Since then..... Texts, emails, texts and more emails.... all saying how sorry they were...please come back...we'll honor the deal...blah...blah...blah. I was in Illinois though. They promised they'd do the deal next time I was back. I was back. I came in for my oil change (btw, those oil changes are included in your lease price...very nice Benny). This is when they approached me again. We talked. I reminded. They looked aghast at the thought of any one getting treated so shabbily. Sure..... No deal. They even tried to get me on a car that was of way lesser value. They low-balled me 4-5 $Grand on my trade. Etc etc etc. I'd always had good luck with them before. I was always treated nicely when ever in for service. But now, the taste in my mouth is terrible.

Scammers. Do not trust them. Toyota advertised some kind of free inspection on my car to tell me how much it's worth. I thought sure, I'm bored and someday I'll have to sell my car, why not? Took my car in. Seemingly normal sales guy started talking to me. Showed me a new car in case I wanted to trade my car in. I say, VERY CLEARLY, AT THE BEGINNING, that what really matters is how much they would give me for my current car, then we can talk new car. So what does he do? String me along. Just answer some questions to pass the time while the mechanics do their thing. What do I find out later? He mislead me, they knew much earlier that they would only give me $500 for my car, and he waited to tell me until I was 90-95% through the process of a trade in! And $500?? He tried to tell me it was only worth scrap?? It was working perfectly! It would continue to do so for years! $500???? And he waited to tell me! To guilt me into going through with the process because we were already so far! Well I said NO. I am NOT the easy mark you think I am. I refused to go forward. Then he had the audacity to bring the manager in. Even stood between me and the main exit for extra effect. Tried to pressure, maybe even bully me, into taking their "offer". Well it wasn't an offer. It was an INSULT. Had the nerve to imply that I wasted his time. No, Toyota of Naples, you wasted MY time. So go ahead with that "threat" you made that I'm in your computer now. Good. I hope my entry in your computer says "Strong Willpower, cannot be swayed into bad deal with bullying". Not that it matters now, I'm never coming back. And I sold that car for $3000 later, after it had even more miles on it. Sold fast too, probably could have gotten more, but at least I'm glad I didn't sell it to your sleazy sales guy for $500. You got greedy. You got arrogant. And you lost me forever as a customer. And at least one other person too, probably more, as I tell everyone I know this story.

This review is for their Service Department only: I discovered a puddle of fluid under my 2005 4-Runner last week. It looked to be coolant but I couldn't see where the leak was coming from. I called GTN and made an appointment. The earliest I could get in was early this week (3 days later). I arrived at 7:20am for my 7:30am appointment, was greeted, and got checked in. Their waiting room is huge with plenty of various seats and couches. There is free coffee and small breakfast snacks for the customers. Free WiFi is also provided. I waited approximately 15 minutes before Service Advisor, Rudy Vargas, found me and told me that he would let me know what was going on with my 4-Runner as soon as one of their technicians let him know. Approximately an hour later, Rudy touched base with me and told me me that the problem was a bad thermostat. He gave me an estimate for repair and a time frame it would be repaired by. I authorized the repair (happy that it wasn't the water pump), made sure he had my cell number, and killed the next 3 hours exploring the businesses in the immediate area (mostly getting in my walking miles for the day). Rudy called me before the actual time he had told me it would be ready. Another welcome surprise was the final cost came in $80 under what he had previously quoted me. That's always a good thing. Rudy provided outstanding service by keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. He was polite and courteous. My repairs were done professionally and quickly. I drove out a satisfied customer. If you're needing repairs or service for your Toyota vehicle, I recommend you check them out.

I love my new car, but I can't say the same for Germain Toyota. This is the most unprofessional and dirty dealership around. The sales and service are totally disorganized. Watch out because they are not honest and will do anything to make a sale. My family has purchased many cars from different Germain dealerships and we all agree that the dealerships have gone way down hill. I will not purchase another car from Germain for this reason and I suggest consumers beware.

My timing belt was replaced on my 2006 Solara. The work was performed well and I'm satisfied with the outcome. I was notified by the assistant service manager of another situation with the car before work was performed and was happy that I was notified before the repair occurred. Overall I was happy with the efficiency of the service department and will bring my Toyota back here again.

Fabtastic! When there was absolutely NO inventory of Rav4's in Dade, Broward & PBch Counties, I thought, why not check in Naples. It's under 2 hrs away. So, the result was, my son was able to get the 2021 Rav4 he wanted, in the color he wanted in a day. One day! Not the 45 days it would have taken to order one in Fort Lauderdale. So Yes! We highly recommend shopping for your new car at Germaine Toyota of Naples! My son says the sales people and managers were professional and accommodating. It was the smoothest car purchase anyone in our family has ever made!
