Great people - great service in the Naples office ONLY. Fort Myers office cannot get my meds… ?♀️ ever!! I have to travel 35 mins (on a good traffic day) to get my meds from then Naples location. They are wonderful, helpful and extremely kind. NOTE: Great Banyan Tree in the parking lot!

I was told my medication was going to be a certain price over the phone by one of these unaccountable employees and it ended up being twice as much. When asked who told me that, no one admitted to the mistake. Please verify before you waste your time with these losers.

I never had to go to a pharmacy by myself until I turned of age. I'd go to CVS and Walmart and they literally are terrible and judgemental and always give me a hard time. Genoa actually had my medical records from when I was a child and they never gave me a problem. The ones who are putting one star, are disrespectful people who demand everything their way. I have been coming here for years and I never seen staff act rude or unprofessional. the staff deal with disrespectful people who are off there meds,and they handle them with care. They're super compliant with hippa and DoH where most pharmacies are not as compliant . I feel comfortable at genoa,I enjoy waiting in the waiting room, however my wait always ends quick. Highly recommend this place.i have been coming here over 7 years now.

I called in an emergency situation. The customer service lady Lakiesha was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I'm so happy I found them verses my prior pharmacy who were not professional or kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Unfortunately the Pharmacist is very rude, uncaring and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work next to him. Do better at setting an example.I was told my prescription would be ready in 25 minutes, so I came back then. Next was told 15 more minutes so I came back again, now its still not ready an hour later and the Pharmacist; when asked says"maybe after lunch." The woman at the counter says "but it's here it was called in she's alreadybeen waiting. " I explain to her my job is waiting and I need to tell my boss a proper time to expect me. The Pharmacist says "I don't care I will take my time." In life your actions, attitude and uncaring behavior may affect others. Keep that in mind!

Best pharmacy I have found in Naples, stuff is always so friendly, the pharmacist is amazing and is always there to answer all your questions and concerns, You always have a short wait time for your prescriptions. Prices are reasonable when you don’t have insurance. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
