After my last experience I cant go higher than 2 stars. It's not the staffs fault, it's the district managers and higher. My old ps4 wasn't working and it was something small. Anyway, I bought a new ps4 (refurbished) from you guys, had it for maybe 3 weeks, then i decided to sell it back and get a new ps5. I paid around $250 for the ps4, when I returned it, literally 3 weeks later to sell it back. They ordered $90 I was like really? They were selling the SAME model ps4 with the extra space and slim, like the one I got from them 3 weeks prior, same model they were selling for $220. So I said this is a rip off, a 3 week ps4 in the same condition, even the same box I bought it in, he said again sorry it's not set by me, he's like I scan it and they tell me what it's worth. So I said fine ill take the $90. He's like store credit or cash? I said cash, please. He then told me it was only 49$ if I wanted cash. Mind you I had already bought the ps5 (they were out of new ones) so I said fine just give me the 49$. Let's put it this way NEVER buy or sell anything used from them to hopefully teach them a leason. I won't be buying anything there from here on out even if they have one of their "sales"

Amazing workers. I came in bought a PS5 for my kids and a few and a controller. Got a great deal that day with black Friday. But I really enjoyed their help

Extremely satisfied with my experience at this GameStop location this afternoon! I bought a pre-owned Nintendo Switch Lite w/the 1 yr warranty and Animal Crossing: new horizons. Besides the fact that the system is in beautiful condition, I want to say thank you so much to David who went above and beyond regular customer service standards. He was friendly, kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable with answering all of my questions (even the trivial ones! ?) I highly recommend anyone with any gaming needs to go visit David at this GameStop location! 10/10 you will absolutely not be disappointed! Thanks again, David!!! ???

This place is a scam. They sell a PlayStation 4 for $270 but I asked to trade mine in they would give me $70 don’t go to this place.

I’m sad to leave this review because I love GameStop, but the person working here today was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was so rude I could not believe it. We came in to trade in our PS4 and buy a new PS5, he immediately complained that he was supposed to be on vacation and he already had other systems waiting to be traded in.. which is fine but he didn’t need to guilt trip us for even being there. Then he complained about every step. He complained we didn’t do some secondary step after erasing that we weren’t aware of. He complained that our HDMI cable didn’t work, which we were fine with not getting credit for. He asked for our phone number and then asked if we wanted to make an account, when we said one of us already had an account and gave him a different number he said “great now I have to do it all over again”.. all he got was a phone number so quite a dramatic statement. Then he scoffed and said you just want the points on your account to the person who already had the account.. I mean just shocking and strange behavior. If you’re that miserable, quit. Don’t take it out on customers who came in excited upgrade their console after 6 years. He ruined what should have been a fun experience for us.

Horrible customer service! Employees telling me wrong information making me buy wrong items, then to make it even better charge me $15 for a membership I didn’t want or ask for! You just lost another customer to online shopping and I’d like my $15 back!! Thanks.

I was helped by an employee named David who was the best GameStop employee I’ve ever dealt with. Fantastic customer service and knowledge. If I still had a company I would hire him in a minute to do any customer facing jobs.

The crew here is awesome. David and his staff are one of the few organized ones. The store is always clean, they check up on everyone even when lines start building up. One of the last reasons I have for supporting GameStop is the crew here. Fun and helpful environment.
