Service has met my expectation with the transition from First Florida more seamless than anticipated. Today I went to the bank very unhappy regarding a Bill Pay event. The Representative listened, endured the complaint and collaborated the understanding the of event with Bill Pay. Well done!

RUN! Especially if you are looking to do business banking. Just an absolutely horrible bank to deal with, as far as help with online banking and technology. Their business banking platform is a joke and the "customer service" for it is even more pathetic. If you have issues during the weekend or outside of non-business hours, their solution is "sorry, we can't help you, you'll have to wait until normal banker's hours". Unbelievable that they would operate this way in the 21st century.

After FNB took over, I have - multiple times - lost access to my money, statements, accounts etc. Maybe they are teething issues. I dont really care when it comes to my life savings.Their California branch answers all Florida calls, so if you call at 10am about something, a groggy person who is answering at 6am answers. When they transfer you, all of the conversation with the previous person goes out the window. The support team is typically rude or overly jokey with one rep telling me that I could not access my account because "its a little chilly in Florida and the servers are cold."Avoid this bank. We moved all our assets elsewhere.

After the takeover of First Florida Integrity the service has gone out the window. I will be closing my accounts (Business and Personal). This California based bank has no idea what customer service means. Good bye

We have three different business accounts with this bank & to say I am utterly disgusted is an understatement. I went to the drive through to handle something arrived at 11:40am, there were three vehicles in front & one behind me. I finally get up to the window at 11:58 & sat there til 12:39 with my toddler crying, waiting, thinking okay, they will say something soon.Potential hurricane and they’re bombarded. I can wait. But then I see laughing, and texting so I’m waving my hands for the lady to say something & she finally do. She say “sorry we’re closed” I asked her why didn’t she tell me this 39 minutes ago. She repeats herself. Shuts off the microphone then close the curtains. I tell the people behind me they’re closed so they don’t wait. Next week I am pulling my accounts from them! & I will be sending a complaint to corporate!!

Hostel take over my card quit work was a easy fix just call and they fix the old way.Now the new bank 3 days of calling no call backs emailed no response I will need to go in-person so sad I signed up for a local bank not corporate big bank if I wanted that I would use suncoast

The Service here went down hill. Closed accounts got a official cashiers check went to another Bank but had to come back because they forgot to sign. Had to come back again and not even any apologies for their mistake. Just like how I felt as a customer like oh well happens.

This bank is a joke. They just do whatever they want with your account with no regards to you at all. All in all I have been charged over 500$ in overdraft fees even though I have requested multiple times it not be. For the first year that I had this account no overdrafts were approved. Now they say because I have a great banking history they approve them. It's terrible to know these people just make decisions that effect your money without your consideration.

Heather with the 5th ave bank in Naples is an absolute amazing person. My son is heading to college and she helped get an account set up during these very trying times of COVID and last minute to add. If you want a bank that truly cares about their customers THIS IS THE BANK YOU WANT!!! I cannot say enough about how well they have treated my family and I. THANK YOU HEATHER You are the best!!!!!!!
