I went to the Fifth Third Bank in Golden Gate to make a deposit but the bank refused me a separate bill. When I went in to speak with an advisor, they gave me an answer that really completely disappointed me, being a customer of so many years, they told me that in a Win Dixie changed my ticket and they couldn't help me because "IT'S NO USE TO THEM TO HAVE A BROKEN TICKET" I would like to have the names of the advisors who gave me such a deplorable answer, but even with other staff present, none of them intervened. to support the situation.

I have been a customer of this bank for many years, I went to make a deposit at the Fifth Third Bank in Golden Gate and they rejected a cracked bill immediately. I entered the bank to speak with an advisor and they gave me terrible service and the response and solution that they provided. What they told me is that "I should go to a Win Dixie to have my ticket changed." It seems disrespectful to me that they give me such terrible service being a customer of so many years and also a lack of professional ethics to send me to another place to make an exchange for a bill that I was going to deposit in my bank. I have recommended this bank and with this poor service I will not do so again. Much to improve in terms of attention and staff.

Currently sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes and haven’t been acknowledged yet. This is the slowest and worst Fifth Third Bank there’s is. Avoid at all costs!

Due to me being hystrical over having Natalie West open my account without a physical social (Could have been Joe Smith for all she cared!!!!) and wanting them to help me fix my account I was locked out of. Mind you, called for 5 days to have everything resolved. Have all that on screen shots also. They decided to call the police on me which they denied as my husband is recording this all happen on video with my sick daughters I'm trying to get my money out that was CLEARED for 5 Days!! And Carla the manager (pffft) lied to me stating she didnt. Please we have it ALL ON VIDEO!!! Corporate please call me!!!! You had to call police on a 4'12 102 lb women?? What the heck was I going to do? I told Carla hang up and when my card comes in I will take my money out and be done. Yet you have police hide in bushes because I trusted you Natalie with my money! And you Carla had the nerve to say must be nice to have such a large check from march. I didnt need it so why cash it??! DO NOT BANK HERE. CORPORATE CALL ME!!! All over a social card I lost in moving yet you easily took my check!

Do not open an account with 53 bank you will absolutely regret it. They are crooks steal your money and feel like they are entitled to it in over draft fees. Received an unauthorized charge on my account and first person I spoke to told me we had to wait for it to hit by account to do anything and if I wanted to close my account I had to risk my safety by going to a branch. Spoke to a second person who also wasn’t concerned with the security of my account. You don’t have to listen but I promise one day you will regret being a 53bank member
