Had the most racist and awful experience in this branch. CHRISTINE or CRISTINE made me feel horrible with the way she treated me and was talking about me to another worker right in front of me assuming I did not speak English. She would not give me the money that I requested that was in my account. I go to this branch all of the time and have never been treated like this. What a horrible and degrading experience. People like this should NOT work for the public and definitely not handle money. Terrible terrible experience.

What happened to good old fashion customer service? When you get turned down service after walking through the door is quite disheartening. Sure, it was a few minutes before closing time, however when I worked at a bank we opened our doors 5 minutes early and definitely took time out for our clients regardless how late they walked through our doors. Sounds like this office needs more customer service workshop training to be reminded that clients holding accounts and having loans through your institution is guaranteeing your employment. Your customers should be treated with respect and show appreciation that they chose your institution for their financial services.

I have a loan with this bank and every month I got in and pay in cash the payment is $170.00 and I give them $180.00 they give back $10.00 this morning the teller told she needs my id to give the $10.00 dollars back and I told the last 11 months nobody ask me and she just looked at me like you want your money or what this bank has the most untrained employees and has no consistent ever I will move my loan to another bank

After banking with Fifth Third for almost 15 years, I will be closing my account. My money is not SAFE at 53rd BANK. 08/16/2021 I submitted a dispute for unauthorized Card charges made on 07/19/2021wtih a total of $664.63 .I spoke with a Dispute Department Rep on 08/16/2021and filed a claim for the two fraud charges made on 7/19/2021. The Dispute rep went through the account history and found two more transactions. 06/22/21 for $288.90 and 03/09/2021 for $7.07. All metro pcs. We do not use Metro Pcs. I called Metro Pcs and gave them the cancelled or blocked debit card number. Search results showed they do not have history or any records for those transactions.Fifth Third Bank denied the dispute saying there was delay in submitting the dispute (within 30 days) for the transactions made on 07/19/21. Further unauthorized transactions were found from March 2021 very small amount $7.07 Fifth Third Approved for a transaction 5 months ago. Another was found 06/22/21 for 288.90 which was denied.Now a total of $953.53 I'm on the hook for . In this case it shows large amounts disputed within 30 days Fifth Third Bank will deny. Small amount from over 5 months ago Fifth Third Bank will Approve. A dispute filed for a transaction 3 weeks ago is Denied, over 5 months Approved.DOUBLE STANDARD!I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve.

Horrible, Aweful and Painful!!! We have Never experienced such ignorance as we have at this bank. We have been strung along and giving misinformation at every turn. They even held my driver license in their hand and Still spelled my name wrong And they even had a photo copy!!! They are Excellent at telling you everything is ok until it's not. And with the same condescending smile they will say: oh I'm sorry. I can't remember if I did it right or not. "I Can't remember?" Really, Um bank mgr??? As I told you on the phone. In my opinion You should sell tee shirts. This job is for grown professional people. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!!!! *In my own personal opinion and EXPERIENCE *

Unfortunately, this bank started out with great, friendly customer service. Then they all turned into salespeople, always trying to sell you something you didn't need. And now, they just don't care if you come into the bank and there are no other customers there, you must wait while they discuss their "breaks" , look at their computer screens or simply do not make any eye contact for fear they might actually have to greet you and handle your transaction. The drive up window is at least a 10 minute wait even when you are the only car there.
