Lazaro has a terrible attitude, and he talks down to women, it was evident from his way he directed his words to me. There is a 40% off display on the stand, and he misplaced his items in the wrong position, trying to make me feel bad about the discount he needed to provide. He asked me to stop talking as if he were a rude member of my family trying to correct me. I have never experienced this in my whole life in a FedEx store! Also, I have attached a picture of the display clearly showing the 40% discount on all of the items displayed on the shelf.

Ripoff. $5 just to start using the computer, Chrome wouldn't let me access my desired website for some reason, but Microsoft Edge did ? so wasted time/money there.. Another $10 just to print a 4-5 document?! Ridiculous. Sure that's not in purpose though ? Hope they go out of business

The manager at this location is rude and demeaning to customers. My husband and I entered the shop to print fromA pdf. We explained that we were novices to this procedure. We had questions. He shoved the shop’s email address in front of us. When we attempted to ask a question, he kept repeating that he already explained. In fact, he explained nothing. He left us and said he was in the middle of something. We told him we would wait. He begrudgingly came back and again was rude. He told us he couldn’t help us. He didn’t know our phone. Our phone is an iPhone. He was disrespectful and rude.

I’ve been in here a couple times today went and there was one other customer waiting and there was three people working. I did stand there for a while before someone said hello and then helped me. I wish it would’ve been a little quicker, but the lady was very friendly and nice, and the transaction was quick.

Lazaro has a terrible attitude. He also thinks it’s alright to try and steal money from customers by adding on fake fees. Watch out of this store they do bad business. OfficeMax took care of everything for me with no headache at half cost, same day and all. 0 stars

Terrible service. April and Lazaro did not give me the parcel, did not even want to look at the document of the change of person who should sign for the delivery. Lazaro behaves arrogantly and looks at you as if you are a second-class person and he is the boss whom everyone should listen to. I do not recommend visiting this branch.

If I could give a zero that would be my grade for this store. I am a huge fan of Fed Ex and use it weekly in NYC. Went to the store in Naples and I was shocked by the lack of customer service the Manager was so rude, unprofessional and caustic that I left without finishing the transaction. I was the only person in the store so it is not as if they were so busy. If he is the best you can employ the store may not be open much longer.

Horrible customer service. This location has NO IDEA what they are doing. I paid close to $400 for an expedited passport service that they did not do correctly. I went back with the documents and they did not offer a solution, just said there was nothing they could do. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERVICE AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. People DESPERATELY need there documents to be handled correctly. I should be refunded for this service since I am most likely going to have to do it again somewhere else - CORRECTLY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
