This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I call I get put on hold. I wait, they pick up the phone and immediately put me on hold again, this happens for one hour. I am in need of of a vital prescription, and this is unacceptable. I've never been to a worse pharmacy in my life! I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I hate this place and the people that work there!

Google Maps doesn't tell you. This is inside of Walgreens, and a mayor may not accept all packages or provide all services required for shipping, good luck.

This Walgreens is right next to the regional park I frequent and after a hot afternoon at stopped in for refreshments and I was surprised by the prices they actually had good deals so glad I didn't go to Publix

Were the HECK do I start with this place????Totally inept and rude staff that could care less about who is coming through their front door. ALWAYS 1 cashier with lines of extremely frustrated customers. Shelves look like the local 5 and dime and the place looks like a small tornado swept through.And the pharmacy? Don't even get me started. They are some of the most rude, clueless, lazy people I have ever had to deal with. I walked in yesterday (Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm). And the pharmacy is locked tight. Sign said they decided to close at 2 pm. Who the HECK closes their pharmacy on a Friday afternoon during high season? I have had prescriptions that were called in on a Monday and not ready until Thursday, prescriptions that are "out of stock" and the staff just simply sits there and stares at you.This morning I changed my prescriptions to CVS right down the road. A tad bit further from my house, but holy crap, I cannot deal with this place any more.A 1-star review is WAY TOO GOOD for this location.

The pharmacy crew in this store definitely needs a review in customer service. Not only did I recently have an issue with them but as I stood in line I watched as they treated others rudely.I was able to resolve my problem with a new manager named John who couldn't have been nicer. He was respectful and immediately made me feel like I was an important customer.I wish him the best as he deals with his employees and want him to know how grateful I am for his help.I am giving the 5 stars to John.Penny Legere

My main issue/question is why won't they accept transfer prescriptions? I have tried twice on the app & it went through, however, when you call them or speak to them, they say "Just get a new prescription". If you haven't seen a PCP and cannot get an appointment anytime soon, how can you get a new prescription using new insurance? (No option for me to have previous one do this). Why do they offer to do this over the phone, yet, they won't do it when you've already done it twice through the app? Why does the person at the drive-thru tell you the same thing - to get a new prescription? If it went through on the app twice (2-3 weeks ago), why aren't the the prescriptions ready? Do other Walgreen locations follow-through with transfers? Is there a way to get this accomplished esp. for meds you cannot go off of suddenly? I am just listing my questions here as part of my review because it is quite odd since this is a service they offer and it works on the app. My insurance only uses Walgreens as far as I can tell at this point.The store is extremely clean and they have pretty much every food item anyone would need.The checkout person was friendly at the front.The pharmacy lines are always very long inside and at drive-thru.Update: they unwillingly will do transfers from CVS (inside with last refill bottle only). It will take several days so try to plan ahead, just FYI lol. I'm having amazing luck today. Yay.So, there is currently a waiver in place due to COVID-19 where they will deliver meds same day for "$0.00" or 1-2 days for "Free" so far via Fed-Ex. (I haven't figured out the difference in cost between 0.00 and free yet). The app allows you to try to add an additional address for delivery, but it won't show up when you want to choose the additional address for delivery. This is perplexing to me.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service I've ever come across. Half the time there's a line a dozen people long with one person working. Sometimes they're even closed because of staffing shortages! When they say your script is ready - it's not! And don't get me started with the pharmacist. He flat out refused to fill scripts either because he didn't agree with my doctor or said he couldn't read the writing , which was not hard to decipher and was rude to me In more than one occasion. Unfortunately my insurance only participates with Walgreens who gouge the prices too. Plus the store is a mess and dirty

Absolutely one of the worst I have ever used in my life. Employees have a " don't give a s**** attitude. Been trying to get prescriptions for 2 days. Doctor sent script over but I guess employees are Too busy? Went to the store they said still don't have them. Called doctors office again, they tried following up with this store but after being on hold for 50 minutes they gave up. Doctor resent electronically again, wife went into store and pleaded with them to check again. Now they have it and told her it would be at least an hour. She is sitting at pharmacy and waiting. I need regional manager to reach out. This is ridiculous! Close the pharmacy!

Sure would have been nice to know my medicine was back ordered. Just want to say "**** you" to the staff. Useless fuckers, I asked if they could find a Walgreens that has my medicine which would have been super helpful. Not only did they not let me know I wouldn't have it today but then they did absolutely nothing to solve my problem or to help me whatsoever. These millennials shouldn't even be employed. Rude, useless, and lazy.
