I've been going here for a good while now and they have been there for over 15 years. I've never had a problem or any issues with them. Fair prices and they do an awesome job! Very nice ppl. Paid $180.00 for eyelashes three days later lashes begin to fall off went back to salon and ask why the thinness already Lisa without looking at my lashes or asking the problem ask me why I didn't say anything wen I got them done across the salon in front of the another customers I left upset been getting my nails done there for years never paid under $75.00 Lisa act as though I wanted something free return 1 week later showed her how I barely had any lashes left ask how much to remove told me $30.00 other customers was amazed how my lashes was almost gone a week later after paying $180.00 Lisa told me was too busy to remove explain I was just asking wen I can come in to remove them she told me she didn't know. This place is subpar. Everytime I come here, I am not satisfied with my nails...this makes my 3rd and last time going there. My nails came out okay. I asked for coffin with sharp edges. My nails came out chunky, my rhinestone came off right when I got home. Also to note, when I told the tech what design I wanted and that I would show her where to place the stones..she started talking loudly with the other workers in her language like she was upset? I really don't like when my money is thrown away.Service: Acrylic nails

I can't give 0 stars if I could. Me and my sister went there last Friday because our regular salon didn't have any availabilities. Big mistake! We were training at planet Fitness and we decided to give Elite Nails a try. It's just by Planet. The first thing is that they don't have a lot of color choices. Pedicure was ok. Manicure was horrible. Worse manicure ever. First of all the old lady was rude. I had just trained at the gym so maybe I didn't look good enough for her. She kept on asking if I worked at a hair salon. I said no, why, oh... you look like you work at a hair salon. I really don't know what she meant. I don't know how people that wok a hair salon look like but it's ok. Maybe I didn't look good enough. IDK. I went there for a manicure not to be judge by my appearance. The cut cut me twice! Blood everywhere. But no apologies or anything, she looked pissed off. Like it was my fault. She didn't even shaped my nails. They are all different. She also did not put the top coat on 3 of my nails. I was so upset and tired that I didn't say anything. I just wanted to get it over with. Of course, those 3 nails look different now. I also have bubbles on the rest of my nails. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else. rude people, poor quality

Ok the customer service was good. But I had lumps in nails and the glitter was not equal in some place. And the bottom was messy. I also had bubbles in the acrylic. Overall I had a great experience but I didn’t like how the nails turned out.Service: Acrylic nails

The Old lady that did my nails was crazy. Talking bad about customers nonstop. Very unprofessional and did a horrible job. Didn’t even finish my pedicure and I decided not to do my manicure and I will never go back to that place. Horrible experience.
