“Louis is an absolute genius. I tried calling HP directly, they gave me the runaround, tried to have me submit a ticket which ultimately led to me being frustrated enough to take my broken laptop and shove it in a drawer for a year and a half. I brought it to Louis, He gave me the guidance I needed to get the correct part necessary, I brought it back to him and he fixed it all in one day. When you need someone to solve the problem, Louis is your man.”
“We're down in Naples for about 3 months. My wife's iphone hit the ground hard. We thought it was a goner. We had been bicycling to downtown a few times and had spotted Ali's shop. We brought the dead phone in, not expecting much.
Ali took a look and for about 150 my wife got back what is essentially a new phone. Couldn't believe the transformation.
Then i thought about my Alienware laptop. The battery wasn't holding a charge anymore. The laptop was in great shape but it zero battery life. I brought it to Ali and he ordered in a new battery. I was surprised that it was so inexpensive. My laptop is running like new.
His extensive knowledge apparently can repair just about anything. It it's electronic and not working I'd recommend stopping by and letting him look at it.”

“I came in with a faulty screen after having it replaced less than a week ago at the piper location and was told they didn’t have the parts until thursday (hurricane milton is hitting on thursday). I called the other location downtown and was able to get serviced by eddie, he replaced the screen in less then 10 minutes and was very kind. i recommend the downtown location.”
“I was impressed with the seamless service I received. After scheduling an appointment for the next day, I walked in, dropped off my phone, and grabbed a bite to eat. When I returned, my phone was like new! The customer service was top-notch, the price was reasonable, and they got the job done quickly. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Great experience overall!”

“House of High Fidelity is a record store located close to Downtown Naples. They feature primarily very vintage records, (so rarely any from the 2000’s.) They also sell a lot of audio equipment, with some of it being on sale. It’s quite a unique vibe, featuring corridors and a whole repair shop. I unfortunately didn’t find anything I personally enjoy, however this may not be the case for the average person. Overall, if you are in the maker for (primarily vintage/used records) then this may be the place for you.”
