First of all we want to say how greatly we appreciate all the work you do with love. You handle everything professionally. Every member of the team is very communicative and responsive. Thank you for taking care of our Hugo. Thank you for helping me to understand how his diet is affecting his health. Thank you to Aubree to explain me what and how and when the Dr Keith Johnson will operate our boy. I was impressed. Because of great explanation I trust I believe that everything will be okay. More importantly after surgery when Dr Jonson called and explained everything what have been done and how Hugo is, I felt how so much care and love and respect and support this clinic provides to people. They kept our boy overnight at the clinic (omg) to make sure he is ok , this aspect make tremendous impression on me again. So it means he was under watch of the professionals. Thank you. We are recovering now and Hugo is good. Thank you East Animal clinic family.

We chose Eastside Animal Clinic to take our 10 week old puppy for his first well puppy vet visit. He has been to this veterinarian office two times now and seen two doctors, Dr. Angstrom and Dr. Fundora. They were both professional and kind handling our puppy. The staff that we have encountered, both at the front desk and vet assistants, have been welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We are confident that our dog will be well cared for by everyone at Eastside.

Dr. Johnson has been our primary vet for many years, he is truly awesome. The counter staff seems discombobulated at times.

I have loved this vet. I still think Dr. Johnson is amazing with my dog. Although I say this, the office is out of control and taking on too much business. I took a fecal sample in to have tested since my dog had diarrhea. They charged me $72 and never bothered to call me with results. I dropped off 48 hours ago. You would think this business would take care of their year round residents. I think they've lost site of the goal of pet care and are just money hungry. Maybe time to find a new vet.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are amazing. July last year Dr Johnson saved my cat's life. 22 year old cat. And he wasn't ready to go. My boy got to live one more year and a half with no suffering before he left us. If I needed to board my boy Dr Johnson made special arrangements to have the cat there. Couldn't ask for a better Dr nor a better staff. Thank you and GREAT JOB Eastside

Boarding date of service 7/17 - 8/31 - I’ll start with the good. My Bichon Bella was alive when I picked her up.She did come back with saliva stains around her face and neck. Stains on her side where she tends to lick makes sense. But why would her entire throat be stained? I asked them they said they put a cone on her and the stains came from her drinking water. So you kept a cone on my dog for 6 weeks without telling me?I asked for pictures or videos of my dog at least once a week. They sent me 1 picture over 6 weeks.Prior to picking my dog up I was told by the front desk that her charges would be about $900 -1,000. I was surprised with $800 of additional charges.1. No where on the site nor was I told that baths are an additional charge. At the time their site said a bath comes with every 6 days of stay. The front desk person told me the site had not been updated with the current cost.2. I was also charged for them giving my dogs meds. I was not informed there was a charge at check in. I explained how to break up her pills by putting them in her sardines as a topper.3. Instead I was charged for packs of pill pockets.Suggestion to pet owners - 1. write down each service your dog will need and ask how much per service per day will cost. 2. Know that you may not get updates about your pet with out sending multiple emails or calls and know that your calls may not be welcomed.I was told to speak to the office manager. The desk made a note of it to inform her. I’ve called and left messages twice over the last week. No one has called me to discuss the additional charges.

Always amazing and helpful, recommend Dr Maik as she has helped so much with my cat and dogs. Were very kind and understanding even with the passing of our dog, will never scam like other vets and will do everything they can to help your animal!

Our beautiful cockapoo developed a spindle cell tumor. Being snowbirds from Buffalo we were in desperate need of a vet . We found Dr. Yenny Fundora!! She was so compassionate and thorough with us. She is the absolute Best. She removed Louie's tumor and he is doing amazing. She clearly communicated all steps of surgery with us. The staff are also so friendly and kind . Jackie went above and beyond for us to squeeze Louie in for surgery. We were truly blessed to find Dr. Fundora and staff.
