I introduced myself to the manager , Alice. I explained to her that I was purchasing some items for a local charitable organization. She was lovely and told me if I couldn’t find what I needed she would check in the back storage area. She was true to her word and provided me with additional shampoos and brushes etc. I also had a great experience with the cashier , Gloria. She was very nice and was efficient in checking out and bagging my large order . I was extremely pleased with my experience in the store .

This store is a hit or miss. Sometimes I can find what I'm looking for and other times I can't. Sometimes the place is clean and other times it looks like a bomb went off in the store. There are definitely other dollar stores that are better kept. Things are Jo longer $1 they are now $1.25 and they have certain items priced for $5 at this location. I got my Christmas tree topper here.

What a mess this store is! Boxes in all the aisles - major trip hazard. It is 2/21/2023 and there were boxes of Valentine Day stuff still in unopened boxes. Sad ? The cashier was more interested in gossiping with another employee than helping. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.

I went in for six items, I found one. Half of the isle's the shelves were covered with boxes and carts. I'm sure if the boxes were unloaded and carts remove I may have been able to find more. I enjoy shopping at the dollar store but I don't want to waste my time when you can't find anythingSorry.

Very terrible mgmt. 3 employees hanging out in office with long line & only ONE cashier. Staff went outside front of store on smoke break instead of opening registers. Manager was very rude! No self checkout. Left cash on register and left.

Just skip it. I moved to Naples and was so excited to have this store just down the street from me, boy was i disappointed. Lets start with the outside. The windows look as if the store had a drive by and got shot up. Not that the inside is any better. Boxes EVERYWHERE. Had to open one onetime to get what i was looking for. Hardly any staff. Not friendly if you do find them. I had one throw a basket at me and the manager just shrugged and said i misread the situation. I have not been back and wont return after that incident. Bottom line, pick another store. There is another store the other direction which is father and out of the way but much nicer and worth the trip!

If you know anything about Dollar Tree, you know you can't beat their prices and selection, this one is no different. It's a big store with frozen food so you can pretty much buy everything you need for your household in one place. The selection changes often so you never know what you will find. If you are visiting from out of town you can find everything you need for a great beach day and a picnic in one place. Don't miss out on the savings you will get by shopping here compared to other stores around.

Variety at a very good price
