While malls may be slowly going the way of the dinosaurs this store was lively and has excellent inventory. My wife loves this store (and I follow)

Unfortunately the physical store does not have all the products that we find on the website. The number of employees was drastically reduced. We have to turn around to find what we're looking for alone. And most of the best products are on the website. Online sales are dominating the market.

Lynda in woman's wear, was a fabulous resource. She's knowledgeable about styles to make different options and so very professional and pleasant!
