I went we my family to look for some shoes for my kids and the way they treated people it’s horrible on the shoes department they really need to do a better job there have manager’s on that sección and start train this kids to treat people with some respect

Bought a bike for my daughters 8th birthday. It was not acceptable for her size so I tried to return it. Support was the worst I have encountered and in store was not much better. I spoke with support through their customer service number and they said they would have to escalate the request to return it and I would hear in 48 - 72 hours. Of course, I never heard back. When I bought the bike, the checkout person did not know how to find my account so it was not registered under my name etc. What a nightmare.

Jim in the Bikes Dept at Naples, FL location was absolutely awesome. Such a nice person and helped my 12 y/o daughter get her bikes kickstand installed and cared so much about making sure she was happy. Thanks so much for a great experience, Jim!!! Dick’s you have a great employee here, make sure you take care of him!

I attempted to purchase a new pair of shoes at store #68 in Naples, FL. The employees on the floor in the shoe department were AWESOME! However, after waiting for over 15 minutes to try on the shoes, I approached the manager explaining how long I had been waiting and supposedly he only assigned one "runner" to retrieve the shoes from the back to accommodate a very busy shoe department. He wanted to explain the reason why but I admittedly walked away out of frustration, he then chuckled. There were so many patrons waiting to try on shoes and while waiting, I observed 3 employees asking the manager for additional "runners" and he refused. After I complained, another customer addressed the manager with the same complaint. As I was putting my old shoes back on, he then decides to assign more runners. I went to another Dick's store located in Estero to purchase the shoes and I received quick and efficient service. I would recommend the manager listen to his employees when they are making suggestions to help improve customer satisfaction. I will never visit store #68 again. I want to stress my comments only pertain to the store manager. The department employees were helpful and extremely apologetic.

Went in for a fitted hat for tomorrow’s golf. Had a whole de variety of type es and colors. Also have sizes in fitted that aren’t at most stores.

Mehhh .. not what it was years ago.Went for a stopwatch. The only one they carried was their brand, which looked like a $5 piece of garbage for $20But it was marked $9.99 on the shelf (still charged me $20.)It WAS total garbage, so I returned it same day.You'd think a sporting goods store that no longer carries guns would at least have quality spring goods.... Not!

We had the best experience looking for a pair of shoes, thank you to an employee by the name Brandon, who is amazing and has a lot of knowledge of the shoe department. My husband and I left extremely happy. Great customer service! I returned a week later with a list for my son for football. Another great employee helped me find everything I needed. My new favorite store!

You should NOT advertise things that you DON’T carry. On line you advertise Bowling Balls, bowling bags and bowling shoes.I drove to your store to purchase some bowling shoes and a bowling bag.But when I got there you didn’t have ANYTHING pertaining to bowling.Is bowling no longer a sport ? Or is this a way hook people into your store ?

Came in to look for boxing glove cleaner which they have advertised on there website and they don't carry it. I have bought my gloves from here and was surprised they don't sell the cleaner great heading to Walmart now.

Nice selection but you have to hunt for good pricing if you're working within a budget. Sometimes the displays are well organized and sometimes they have been messed by customers. Friendly staff!

Hello, definitely the worst shopping experience i had in Naples. Bought a GT AGRESSOR PRO, and the service was disappointing and overwhelming. First time buying here, through a friend recomendation, but things where really bad from the beginning.Went straight to the bicycle area, where i had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to help me out (Had to went twice to the front desk for help). When someone from the staff came, i told him i would like to purchase it on the spot, but i wanted to pick it up later in the afternoon. As it was on sale, i told him that i wanted to pay for it, since they only had 2 units in stock. The guy (Jacob) told me i couldnt do it that way and told me that e could take it out from where it was, and then when i was ready to take it home, i could pay for it.Did exactly what he told me. When i came back, a couple of hours later to buy it, had exactly the same situation. No one to help me, for about 15 minutes. Then another guy from the staff came out and when i told him, i was there tu pay for the bike and told him i spoke to this guy in the morning from their staff, he went inside the employees area and came out with this response: "Can you come tomorrow for the bicycle?" with no further explanation, so i replied what was the problem? and told him that i drived for and hour or so, especifically to purchase it, and i told him that i was going to call customer service. He went in, again to the emplyees area, and i called customer service, and to my surprise had the worst answer when i told her the situation: She told me that it was better to buy online, to avoid this situations. And offered no help, to fix or address the situation. When i hanged up, a different guy from their staff, came up, and helped me out. But for the icing on the cake, told me that the previuos guy had made an error and used the wrong papers, for the purchase. Long story short, never buying from them again, hope this great brand check themselves, for their customer service, it was a 300 US purchase, that couldve been easily over 1k if i had proper customer service, since i neede all the gear for the bike, and wanted to buy the other one left, for my wife. Terrible experience...
