We have purchased many beautiful rings and necklaces from Gonzalo. Customer service has always been great. Kathia is also very nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience. Unfortunately His location at the Coastland center has closed. I am in contact with him as he plans to return soon to north Naples area soon Looking forward to his new store.

He accepted a Movado watch to repair , after not hearing anything for 3 weeks I called to inquire to the repair status.I finally got the owner on the phone who advised me nothing had been done because I hadn’t authorized the repair. Well nobody called me to tell me what had to be done. After authorizing the repair and being told “ come on in next week and it will be ready”Well fast forward to next week and the jewelery store has closed its doors, left no contact information . The stores phone number dumps in to a voicemail that’s not set up.I have filed Criminal charges for THEFT, FRAUD, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIY THEFT, WIRE FRAUD ( asking me to zelle payment)

Service started out great when i first visited here. Gonzalo was very friendly and assured that he would take care of any jewelry i brought to him. I brought him my diamond engagement ring and my white and rose gold Cuban link bracelet. The ring needed to be adjusted in size and re-engraved. When i got the ring back the engraved name looked horrible and uneven. I asked that he redo it because i was unhappy with the look. He said he would fix it and for the second time when i got it back there was a hole that i could see right through to the other side of the ring where one of the letters of the name was. I took it back and told him to fix the whole and completely erase the engraving that i would get it done elsewhere. Now for my bracelet i paid him a good amount of money to have a rhodium done on it so the white gold would be lighter and the rose gold to be a little darker. Well that didn’t happen. I waited almost a whole month before i got my bracelet back. When i took it back for the second time he said he needed two days and it ended up being a week long. I took my ring then too. I had to go back for a third time because i didn’t realize the hole was there until after getting home from an hour drive just to go to him. He was constantly saying yes it would be ready and then change the day last min. I ended up with basically the same color bracelet with an added hole on one of my links. There are also a few links that were missing the rose gold on it. Now my ring also has no engraving like it originally did. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend.

Gonzalo owns this store. He is a sneaky, pretentious and low class person. I was referred to him by a trusted colleague so I went with him open, trusting and excited to get some new jewelry with an exchange of 4 rings each worth $1,000. retail. He weighed my jewelry (not in front of me) offered $474. for the gold and promised me the stones. I did not get a receipt and it was not turned into the police or where it was supposed to go by law. He gave me less than 50%, took a huge percentage. We then talked about some jewelry that I wanted, using the $474. as part of the price for that new jewelry. I sent him pictures of what I wanted for my ring. When I finally got to see the ring, it was NOTHING like what I asked for. He kept promising me chocolate diamonds from Columbia as a gift. It took forever to get the ring. I kept stopping by, weeks and weeks. I told him I didn't like it and explained what I wanted. It took even longer. When I got the ring, again it was not correct. It took months of lawyers, talking to him, stopping by, texts and still I did not get the product. I called the better business bureau, went to the police, the mall security and no one was able to help. The mall security office said there was a similar complaint by a woman where she did not get what she paid for. He was horrible to deal with. I had to have a trusted male friend come in and talk with him and we did not leave the store without my ring, which was still in the original state. He had said he did not have the ring several times prior to my friend coming in. He got intimidated by the professionalism of my friend. He preys on vulnerable women. After everything, I could not do anything with the ring and someone stole it from me and I was happy. I had so much trouble with this guy that I couldn't even wear the jewelry.
