Recently purchased a 1997 Jaguar XJ6L from Debold. I do have to say that Ed was a really nice guy and made the transaction seamless. We left a deposit on the car as we were headed to england for vacation and just did not have enough time to deal with the car at that moment. Was not a problem for Ed. Was no pressure at all. When we returned from vacation I had reached out to him and arranged for the following wknd to come and pick up the car. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready to go.
Eds communication was top top notch. Every time I had asked him a question he responded to me immediately. Would not hesitate for a second to purchase a vehicle from Ed at Debold in Naples. Very very good experience. Thank you Ed for all you did on our behalf to get the deal done. Much appreciated.

I went there once and had a really nice talk with the owner and the sales representative. They told me that they do excellent service and try to find cost efficient solutions. So now, 3 months later, I have an issue with the car, I go back the place, already having evaluated the problem.
Mike tells me that I need to leave the car for a full day just to get the car checked.
This is already far from cost efficient, because my time is money. If I leave the car for a full day (knowing that their check will take 30 minutes), I lose money.
But ok, their procedure, I have the freedom to choose.
So know, since I already know what the problem may potentially be, I’m asking for a price for fixing that in case it turns out that this is the final issue.
Mike insists of not giving me an estimate price until he checked the car himself.
Yes, I get, that the price may vary if other problems may appear when checking the car, or it turns out to be a totally different problem.
Nevertheless, if I as a client, enter a shop and agree to leave my car for a full day (where I lose money) I should have the right to get an idea of the pricing.
Because, as Mike explains me, if you have the car checked and decide to not have the car fixed with them, a fee applies.
So now, I go to that place, let’s say I want to have the tire changed. I asked for a price, but Mike won’t tell you how much fixing a tire is, until he checked the car himself.
Now I leave the car for a full day, he finds the tire has to be changed and tells you it’s 1000$. Obviously ridiculous.
Now you’re left with the decision to either pay 150$ for him checking the car to evaluate a problem you already knew exits. Or you pay him a ridiculous price for fixing the tire.
I mean. Seriously?
This is ridiculous and a ripoff and I can’t believe being treated like this after we had such a nice chat months ago.

I've always been pleased with the service and sales experience at Debold,dealing with Mike and Ed, over the past few years.They are both very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. I would recommend Debold to anyone that has a German vehicle.

Mike in service was a rockstar. Visiting in Naples and stranded at random shopping center with dead battery on mini which can’t be replaced just anywhere. Was able to squeeze me in and make things happen for quickly and painlessly so not stranded for weekend or longer without a car :) 45 mins and out… Thanks!

Took my car in for diagnostic and guy working behind counter tells me needs alot of work . He charges me for diagnostic but has no paper work description or details of what issues are. This was my first and last time I will do business with this place. Guy working desk was short on info . .. 09 Mercedes 500 Wast of time and money

I bought a pre owned SL500 from sales professional Ed. Very easy to deal with. The most important thing to me is that Ed is a very truthful honest fellow. That’s hard to find today!
