Victoria and Deidre work together seamlessly, which is why we love Demarco in Naples. The customer service is excellent, not just the products. It's like having your own interior designer. You can tell they love their job—they are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive.
They clearly explain all the options, Keep notes from every visit .They provide a reliable experience and educate us on consider ion of the texture and pattern to ensure we are satisfied with the results.

We're Snowbirds that have made several upgrades in our condo here in Naples. After shopping around at three local Big Box Stores we visited De Marco Tile and have been Very Satisfied with the Excellent customer service and choices they offered at a competitive price. AnnaMarie and Deidre were very helpful and patient.
We'd highly recommend this tile distributor.

We had nothing but excellent service by De Marco Tile. Their selection and inventory were beautiful and the staff were so kind and courteous. Highly recommend them if you are looking for tile flooring!

If you are searching for some unique tile, this may be the place. For a smaller size shop, they certainly carry a lot. And unlike the big box stores, they allow you to take home sample boards rather than forcing you to buy a few loose tiles.

Please beware of this company. Despite being a repeat customer and using the same contractor, DeMarco failed to stand behind a brand new (for them) floor product. The most disturbing is their representative, the contractor and we shook hands on an equitable solution to the severe problem of our floor and DeMarco Flooring reneged. To add insult to injury, we were not directly informed, our contractor told us.Bad product, bad faith and we intend to spread the word.
