Gave here another trial and probably shouldn’t have. Staff were nice but usually in a hurry. On this particular occasion, the staff working with me was not only in a hurry but also not paying attention and watching movie while doing my nails simultaneously. I ended up with three cuts around my cuticle and bled a little which stung really bad. Would not be coming here again.

I had shellac nails put on a week ago. Two days later I had to go in because they were all chipped and horrible looking. Today fused to fix them even though the police should they put on them was apparently bad. The top coat is lifting the edges are all peeling off and they look a total mess. I would normally go to this place all the time but I will never return and encourage you not to use this place. Replying to your reply. I had my nails originally done on Monday, I came back on Wednesday morning. The repair job you did was terrible. When you put a second coat of topcoat on it made everything on most of the nails peel off. My nails are a mess. I will have to pay someone else to take them off and put them back on properly.

Well. Let’s just say my technician Steven made my claws… dead toenails come back to life. Grinding, sanding and much extra special care and to make them look fabulous. Ex athlete toes also recently had both big toenails damaged… yuck!! The staff is friendly and professional. It is a simple, family friendly, affordable and convenient option for exceptional services. I will definitely be back!!

UNSANITARY!! I am currently on multiple antibiotics from severe cuts which resulted from this nail salon. I received a horrible fill from Nancy, I left with a puddle of my blood on the floor within minutes from sitting down from her negligence.

I have now lived in the Naples area for 7 years and have tried every local salon there is. I keep coming back to this one because they consistently have the same staff, are reasonably priced and the mani/pedi's I get here last the longest. Steven and Ana are wonderful people and give me great service every time.

this was probably the best nail experience i’ve ever had! i’ve been to several nail places on marco island and they were so over priced and did a decent job but nothing like how Lam did.Lam did a regular pedicure and did a great job and then it was also my first time getting acrylic french nails done and it was awesome! I left there very happy and pleasantly surprised with the results, you can’t beat the price either.Services: Dip powder

No no no! NO pleasant greeting! NO conversation! And after 15 minutes pedicure done? NO and I left without having my acrilic nails done! $30 for this mess? Glad I didn't do a color so it can be seen what a poor job was done! Never again!
