Visited the pharmacy and it felt like an episode of the Impractical Jokers. To the management. Please speak with the lady who was working the pharmacy Friday night at 5:30. I have never met such a rude individual. The cost of my prescription rang up a lot higher than it was supposed to be. She then told me they close soon and she needs to hurry. Let me remind you, this is 30 minutes before closing. She continued telling me I should have came in earlier and not so close to closing time. She then told me how her husband is waiting for her in the parking lot. She then asked me if I had $35 cash. She said if I did I can just take the insulin. I mean it was a total disaster. I’m an easy going person, but this lady really confused me and had me pretty agitated. I really hope management does something with her. By looking at the reviews from the last couple months I see that other people have met this lady.

I was treated very poorly and like a common criminal. I picked the order up and the expiration date on the vitamins would expire before I could use them. I returned the order a short time later and was charged again for the vitamins. I informed the clerk that he had charged me twice and was told he could not refund it and called a manager. The manager arrived and said she could not help me and I needed to call 1-800-shop-cvscom to get reimbursed for the online order. She then began to yell at me when I tried to explain that I was charged twice for the item. I explained over and over and she continued to yell at me that I was trying to scam her and that she had already reimbursed me. I explained numerous times that I was charged twice for the same item. It was a very trying experience and I will not be shopping at that CVS again.

I cannot even justify giving one star but am unable to leave a review unless I do. For 6 months I have done everything I can to excuse their behavior, and the lack of staff. You can NEVER speak to anyone in this location. The line is often 10-12 people deep which winds around the store. Now, the truth is...the people that work here are likely doing their best and are completely overwhelmed. I pay more now to use a different pharmacy as CVS is a preferred pharmacy for our company. CVS....you need to do better for your customers and employees. Do yourself a favor, do NOT use this pharmacy.

I went inside to ask if you’re an upstairs drop off location and the employee asked me why don’t I go to upstairs! It’s absurd!!! She clearly didn’t want to do the work. I will never come back.

Absolute disaster over there. No one knows anything, 60 minutes on hold for them to say we have no idea, come in and we can try to figure it out... do not use this location for a pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible place. Terrible avoid like the plague. Had emergency prescriptions called in. They closed during business hours ie 2pm. Reduced to say why. We were then told we had to call other CVS's for help. Called the CVS on Vanderbilt and 41 pharmacist lied and hung up after being inappropriately rude

This was my go-to pharmacy until today. They are grossly understaffed. I returned twice today to pick up my prescriptions. There is only one person in the pharmacy register. The line was around 10 deep both times. I walked out a second time, and will try again tomorrow. This is not an isolated occurrence. It's more the norm. I can't believe the management doesn't notice this, and hire more people.

Only one person to do everything, overwhelmed with all he has to do. Understaffed pharmacy. Please organize better your work force and don't abuse them. You need at least 3 persons in this pharmacy.

Mayday was Very helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure my blood pressure medicine was filled correctly, after it was sent in wrong by my new doctor.She fixed it, then helped me with other questions.Apparently this location seems understaffed, and I observed some frustrated customers. This clearly not the fault of the pharmacist or the staff here. So be patient with them, and you will see they will take care of you.

The pharmacy stuff almost never answers calls, you call and the calls will either drop or it takes you to practitioners voice mail, after you have waited for 30 min.
