This is without a doubt one of the worst run pharmacies that I have dealt with. They are completely unresponsive, do not return phone calls, can’t service necessary prescriptions when needed and are just rude. They can’t keep a pharmacist, always have floaters, and have no connection to your history. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. It’s no wonder this company is closing stores and going out of business. This is not ever the busy time of year, so it will only get worse. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and highly recommend others do as well. I can’t say enough about how terrible this store is, and how angry I am at their service. I never write these reviews, but medicines and their availability could make the difference on a persons health and life. It should not be left in the hands of rank amateurs.

The staff at this pharmacy location is beyond unprofessional, judgmental and unhelpful. I’ve been in Florida less than two weeks and I am floored by what I’ve seen. I came in a few days ago to fill my son’s crème. The tech asked me to name the prescription. When I couldn’t he made me explain what my son needs it for. I’m telling my son’s business in front of people. You’re not his doctor or giving a consult. In between this, people are coming up to the counter and getting shots over the counter right next to you. There is a med that I have been on for 4 years that I have been trying to fill since September 26th. They have treated me terribly about this med and have not worked to fill it. The lady working the drive through should not be dealing with people. When you feel nothing for people, it’s time to go. This pharmacy is the worst and does not care for people. Please take your healthcare needs elsewhere l.

I am 105 miles from my home this CVS open’s at 9am with the cvs app I requested my prescription as I was not feeling well. I waited a couple of hours and headed to get my prescription. When I went up to the pharmacy and ask the status of my refill I was told it would not be ready until 5pm. I asked since 9am , it could be sooner as I didn’t feel well& far from home. I was told we said 5pm or you can go to another cvs. I sat in my car looking for another cvs and what do I see that pharmacist coming out to her car for a smoke break. I guess they do have time for a cigarette but not help a customer that had explained was far from home & didn’t feel well. I do no recommend this CVS to anyone they have no compassion.

Worst pharmacy ever!
I am extremely disappointed with the service at CVS. I have repeatedly ordered prescriptions from several locations, only to find that they are never in stock. Each time, I am forced to wait several weeks, and when I call to inquire, the pharmacy technicians are unhelpful and often rude. They never provide clear reasons for the delays, and when I ask to speak with management, I am denied. They won't even give me the manager's name or contact information, instead directing me to the CVS website.
When I visit the store in person, the technicians are consistently condescending and unprofessional. They never give me estimated arrival dates for my medications. After being a loyal CVS customer for over 30 years, I am now switching all of my prescriptions and business to a competitor due to these ongoing negative experiences with CVS.

I am giving a star because I can't give any less they should be -5 stars horrible service the doctor in the minute clinic was horribleshe took an hour to give me something bover the counter and I am in pain ....don't go there I am speaking to my insurance so she doesn't get paid..and at the end she wanted to knick me out because I complained... HORRIBLE DONT COME TO CVS

Below is my review from five years ago. Now, the phones are never answered and every time I come in there are 6 to 8 people on the line with only one person servicing. I intend to switch my prescriptions to another pharmacy or perhaps Publix.Five years ago was five stars:The pharmacy staff is excellent. Fia, one of the pharmacists, is especially helpful and knowledgeable. Cashiers try to greet all customers and are also very pleasant and helpful. Yes, they could probably use an extra couple of workers. Still, the store is always clean, well organized and well stocked.

The worst place ever to get a DOT physical done the nurses are very unprofessional the nurses give you the runaround about different paperwork. The nurses also love rescheduling your appointments for any little thing because they overbook appointments. BIG MESS never had such issues getting a DOT PHYSICAL done until I came here very unprofessional.
