I'm surprised they still have customers. I have called multiple times to get a hold of the pharmacy, I held over 10 minutes each time. Finally called the store and spoke to an attendant that informed me there was only one person working the pharmacy, and was very backed up, so he most likely would not be answering calls. What type of customer service is that? Then offered to gat my info to give to the pharmacy, put me on hold and never came back on the phone.

No sign close for lunch at 130. Stand in line I get to the counter as it is my turn I am told they are now closed for lunch come back later

I generously gave 3 stars. I think they try to do the best they can under circumstances: staffing, season, winter illnesses , etc. Each employee that I encounter seems to be doing their job as my experiences have gone. Forget the online transferring of prescriptions. We have found you must go there & do it in person,

no body answers the pharmacy phone! I've been calling this store since 5pm and they keep sending me to voicemail. If they're this busy,then they need to hire someone to answer the phone because I can hear them pick it up and then hang up. I have the app and the care pass but it shows my medication is on hold and I have to call to see when I can come pick it up and they're not answering. how can I check my status if they don't answer. This is ridiculous that they are allowed to not answer the phones.

Arrived at CVS pharmacy at 10 AM on Sunday. This was the opening hour listed online for today. However, the pharmacy window was closed, with no sign or reason. The drugstore manager said they would not open till 11 AM. But this unannounced, and no notice or sign, failute to observe wenbsite hours caused me great inconvenience.

The pharmacy pick up line us a disaster! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up a prepaid prescription m! What a joke! I’m moving my prescriptions to Walgreens or HEB!!!

Pharmacists here pick and choose what prescriptions they fill based on their uneducated opinions. It’s none of their business what our prescriptions are for, if a dr prescribed it then do your job. Will be filing a complaint with the board of pharmacy and with CVS corporate.

I have NEVER wrote a Google review. But I have also never been so frustrated dealing with a company before. This place deserves the biggest ZERO they can get, not even a 1 star, they don’t even deserve that. Honestly a negative 100 is more appropriate. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Doesn’t seem like they care much though, based and all the negative reviews with NO replies and the continuation of being a horrible location. Had a prescription filled here ONE time back in January and waited in the drive thru line for OVER ONE hour. (this being said there was only 2 cars in front of me.. and when I finally pulled up to the window I saw some very frustrated people waiting inside as well). This isn’t right and this place needs a lot of help OR JUST SHUT DOWN. When I was finally helped at the drive thru window, it took over 25 minutes. My ID was taken and the employee would’ve forgotten to give it back if I wouldn’t have told him HE had my ID. I don’t understand what the problem is. What is so hard with doing your job..? I saw a total of 4 employees working at the time of the encounter. Work together and get your job done and also how about the employees add some smiles as well. They all looked miserable. Fast forward to 2 months later and I’m having a hard time filling my prescription at my usual pharmacy because of a mistake THIS location made. Trying to call them to have their mistake fixed is a joke. They won’t answer the phone. I have been calling all day and the phone just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve had my husband calling all day as well and same thing. I will never go back to this location that has given me such a headache to deal with. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I could say this hundred times, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! It’s an absolute embarrassment.

Have been going to this pharmacy for years and am always pleased. Most recently I had 4 prescriptions filled in less than an hour. THAT'S service. Thank you so much!

The employees are extremely rude.Shut of self serve machine, lied that it was rebooting. How can a machine reboot when it's off. Called a woman rude for pointing this out. The type of people hired by CVS are terrible, disrespectful to women, many are unable to speak legible English. CVS used to be my go-to place, now it's my stay away from place.#WALGREENS
