I live around the area so this is my go-to CVS. Every time I need assistance on anything, which is very rare because Im always in and out and use the self-checkout, it's always this guy with the name tag Salvador, who is never willing to help me find anything. I think i've asked him for help 3 times in the year I've been coming here, and every time he starts pointing at aisles and telling me to check. When other employees are willing to point exactly at the product I'm trying to find or at least look for it themselves. He is the most useless employee here. Only employee I ever had an issue with.

if i could rate this a zero i would, the store manager was beyond rude to my mother and i, he felt the need to obv clench his jaw towards my mother. Speaking in a rude and belittling tone, one who talks this way toward costumers should not be employed let alone be a manager. his name is Nick.

I have never experienced with a pharmacy staff who seemed so apathetic and so dumbfoundead. On two occasions I was lied to about the status of the medication.
Had to wait in line 30 minutes to be told that first time. Pharmacy said it'll be ready tomorrow. Wasn't ready. Go back on fifth day where the short female pharmacist with long dark hair was doing her best to win the "I Hate my job the most can't you tell" award for 2024. Add in the running for "most rude to customers" retail, 2024. Clerk now informs me that medication has to be ordered. But they can't order today because the pharmacy manager is out of the office. And have no clue when medication will be ordered. Absolutely horrible horrible customer service

CVS has a phone system that does not allow the customer to speak to the pharmacist. I had questions that could not be answered on-line. When I attempted 5 times to call, I ended up in the voice mail for prescribers. I had to drive to the pharmacy to find out why my prescriptions had not been filled after 10 days.

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!! I was just about to write the review and then I saw their rating is already only at 1.6. Doesn't get much lower. ZERO Stars from me. They texted me that my prescription is ready. I wanted to go thru the drive thru and thought 5 cars will take forever, then I went inside 12 people. Ok it is season I understand so I go back to the drivethru since I can't stand long. No problem.... It takes 30 minutes for 3 cars.I get to the window and I am told someone will be with me in a bit. 7 minutes later they ask me for my birthday, name and then WOHOOOOO, Oh sorry we only have 1 medication, not the other one!! WHY WOULD YOU TEXT ME THAT EVERYTHING IS READY FOR PICKUP?? I told them to keep it and I found a much better Family pharmacy with the best service also on Rattlesnake Hammock privately owned. I highly recommend them. Our entire family has switched to them. Fantastic service and care.

Had to wait 40 min for the car in-front of me, then it took them another hour for them to get me my prescription. most definitely do not recommend going here.

Don’t bother w this CVS.Just found out today this CVS changed a blood pressure medication from long release to short release, and never told me of the change. I couldn’t figure out why my blood pressure was so high again, they should be sued! Wow 12/30/23Initial review belowI called 3 times 12 hours apart about an important medication and no one called me back, rather then filling it or calling me they screwed around then didn’t have it anyway and I had to call them a 4th time. So a day in a half late for the rx, when I needed it asap!Monthly rx’s don’t all come up monthly.I’m switching out of this really lame CVS.Going to Walgreens they at least answered my phone call!!!Do yourself a favor don’t go here!No I’m not disgruntled, I’m just finally had enough.

Two times I’ve come to this place and this management closes before they are supposed to. First time I came about 5 minutes before 10pm. I thought it had been an emergency. Today I arrived 4 minutes to 10pm and a lady came to the door and signed me that they were closed.Pretty unprofessional to advertise working hours and not be consequent with what the company has decided for their service time.

The female pharmacist should have her job taken right from her. She has an abhorrent personality, and she treats the patients like second-class citizens. This CVS needs to be shut down because they are absolutely USELESS at filling their Rx. Rude, nasty, horrendous attitude for patient care and I hope nothing but bad things happen for her in her life. She is obviously a miserable SOB.

The pharmacy is incorrigible. They blame their delays on is short staffing. Prescriptions are never ready when stated. You get a text message stating that the prescription is ready only to have to wait an hour after you arrive. Avoid at all cost.

This is the least user friendly CVS I have ever found. Badly managed pharmacy

My wife and I had appointments for annual influenza injections. We arrived 15 minutes early (the on-line check in was not working) and my wife went to the immunization counter. She stood there for 10 minutes and the (only?) pharmacist 2 feet away never acknowledged her. At 5 minutes prior to our appointment time, my wife received a phone call—still no acknowledgment except to tell her to move away from the counter. My wife finally informed her to cancel our appointments and we were going elsewhere—we understand “busy,” but there is no excuse for such a poor attitude. In addition, there was a dead cockroach on the floor in the corner of the waiting area. Will never try them again!

Alright. So around 9:16 pm 11/12 I came in to buy some medications and only self checkout was available. The self checkout glitched out and took my cash without allowing me to continue with the transaction.A shift lead/key holder attempted to assist me but he did not have proper keys to access the issue. This goes on for about 15 mins (I’m under the impression that he’s the only MOD) and eventually he calls out the ACTUAL MOD. She comes out and kind of gives me an attitude as if she’s inconvenienced by my very existence and in a dry, scolding tone tells me “I have to recount this whole safe to give you your money back” as if that would deter me or make me leave. I just told her “okay, count it” and she seem further miffed. She spends the next 20 mins in the office leaving me in there for a total of 50 mins just to check me out for 2 items. And the whole time I was being treated like I was the issue. The gentleman on duty was trying his best however his co manager probably shouldn’t have a job there if she’s that insufferable over her basic job description. If you can’t handle customer service issues and problem solve then maybe you should reconsider management. So I leave at 9:52 pm. Leaving me there WAYYY too long. Will not be back but it’s not like that affects a multi million dollar company anyways.Pay your people better, staff your store better and higher quality work will come from it.
