Terrible customer service.
The guy who is working the cash register at this time is an arrogant and rude guy.
They should train them before giving them the position they have. If someone disrespects them I agree with his attitude but I was kind and he apparently is not having a good day.
I guess if they don't like their job they should just quit but make faces and go around the world spreading their arrogance, I was so upset with his attitude that I didn't see his name and I didn't want to go back so he wouldn't ruin my afternoon with his horrible attitude.

Customer service is terrible same day delivery orders are returned because the drivers have zero skills or patience. Do not recommend store at all and that's only a little of the bad service there.

Pharmacy employees are unprofessional and extremely rude. Had to go to Publix pharmacy instead, their service is excellent service. And unfortunately, it's a known problem with this CVS location.

Nando was wonderful working the register. While giving us his undivided attention, he never missed one new customer entering the store with a hearty "Good morning and welcome to CVS".Now that's a great reason for me to go back to this CVS!You should be lucky to have an employee like Nando!

I’ve had to switch CVS pharmacy’s twice in this area before trying this one. It was a great overall experience- efficient pharmacy. The staff were professional and prompt. Lines were not out the door.

I had a bad experience dealing with the pharmacy at this store. Both the professional staff and hourly employees need to take on customer service, courtesy and accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost.

Picked up prescription this afternoon, when my wife called to let pharmacy know it is expired medicine, none of the telephone prompts work. Can only go to Dr call in line. Left message. Called 4 times.. hung up on once transferred to Dr. line 3 times! I tell the recording why I’m calling.. to see if the expired meds are okay to take. Very poor service.

Shout out to Evelyn and Angel! They both went above and beyond to assist me and help me with the coupons and even informed me of extra coupons and then they saved my items so I was able to buy my items at a great discount because CVS is the bombEvelyn is Going to be a CEO one day And Angel ? is going to be able to share this beautiful experience with his family and they’re going to have one of the best Christmases ever and so is EvelynThey had great customer service, and the place was super clean. The bathroom was super clean. Everything was awesome. I have absolutely no complaints and will be returning to buy some more Christmas presents that I took pictures of.

Went to pick up a few over the counter meds and a prescription.i was standing in line waiting for the only register of three that was operating. The wait was a little over a minute. As I approach the register, the woman walked away and they shut the gate! RIGHT IN MY FACE!!! The most absolute unprofessional thing they could do! No, " I'm sorry sir we close for lunch" during my time in line...they waited until I was standing in front of the register with my items. I said, " hello I am right here..." the woman snapped back doesn't matter we close at 1:30 sharp. You'll have to come back at two...." Needless to say I was furious! She could have shown the respect a customer deserves...at least tell me while I was in line. They had at least three people back there and not one of them said anything while I stood in line. Rude! Rude! Rude!Thinking of transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens. Maybe they at least care.
