I used to love this pharmacy location but my latest experience has been awful. I went to pick up reflux meds for my 1 month old and used drive up bc I had all 3 of my children. When they came to the window I asked if my insurance was used and they told me no so I asked if I could give them my card and was told I would have to go inside I then said I have a baby and 2 kids can I just give it to you so they said yes but that they couldn’t give me my script that night since they were about to close and didn’t have time to put my insurance in. I was so annoyed I said whatever. I went back the next day and my insurance was in and I received my script but when I got home after they closed I noticed that they never mixed the meds so then I had to go back the next day to have them mix it. I went to the location 3 times for 1 rx. I find that extremely annoying and very poor service. I will now be using Costco pharmacy.

I have called the pharmacy and the store 9 times and was on hold for over 44 min minimally each time. I have imperative daily prescriptions and I couldn’t even get a human so I hung up. I needed to talk to the pharmacist to see if they had them in stock and could not get any human. This is the most unprofessional pharmacy in florida. Hope I don’t suffer any type of medical event due to not getting my medications as cvs will be the first to be sued!! Buyer beware

lol if “take your time” was a person expect its 4 women behind the pharmacy counter. As someone who works in customer service and hospitality it’s not right to ignore someone at the window or counter, a simple one moment would have been fine. They just want you to read the sign on the window. This cvs drive through window has a “short staff” sign. I understand most businesses are but this cvs is not short staffed, really just your pharmacy techs suck. I didn’t really even need my antibiotic so i just left. Do better

My experience was absolutely trash. I waited in the outside car line to pick up my prescription for 5 minutes before I realized I would get no help as no one bothered to come to the door. I decided to go in, and at this time all four workers had eagerly closed up shop for lunch (early). Just trash ?️

After a horrible experience trying to get shots at another local CVS and a similarly awful time at Walgreens LabCorp mess, we tried this CVS Pharmacy for shingles shots.Karen was great: expert, friendly and fast. Unlike at the other place, she gave each of us our shot in privacy (as much as CVS provides) and treated us with respect and kindness. Thank you!The Pharmacy Manager was also very kind, helpful and pleasant.I know they vary (a lot!) but this CVS seems like a good 'un.

This pharmacy was very helpful when I needed to transfer prescriptions. They were courteous on the phone and in person. Short wait time for pickup.

We wanted to get a test for traveling back to Canada. The CVS people assured us that the results will be delivered within 24-48 hours due to 72 hours window to cross the boarder. We asked multiple times to be certain. Each time: Yes, m’am, for sure you’ll get the results. Well, we didn’t!!!!! Luckily, after a panic attack, we found the place by the Niagara Falls crossing which conducted the test within 30 minutes. It was very costly!!! Due to CVS charging us for an undeliverable tests plus the cost of the new tests, the entry to Canada cost us $1000. You’re lying good-for-nothing CVS !!!!

100% of the time I've interacted with them, the pharmacists act like they'd rather be set on fire than answer my inquiries. As if I had the audacity to ask them to do their job. I suppose I hate to be the "well *I* work in the customer service sector," but I do, and it's not hard to be patient and civil, especially with reasonable people. You, honeys, must have a tremendous view from the height you look down on everyone from. I don't hate you, but I do hope your phone only charges when it's plugged in at the right angle. And that you get a small nail lodged in the most sensitive zone of your tire. And that no one wishes you a happy birthday. And that you become intolerant of your favorite food.Disrespectfully, Sam.

Marlia is a new person and CVS pharmacy went out of her way stay the extra time after closing make sure that we were well taken care of respectfully and professionally couldn’t ask for more of this employee definitely needs a raise keep her

Worst slowest CVS pharmacy drive-through. Today sat outside the drive up window two people inside completely ignoring me for almost 9 minutes similar story happens every time I come here. I’m typing this as I sit here in the drive-through I have waited 28 minutes one time behind two other cars. Find another Cvs location.

The pharmacy lady jasmine is the rudest I’ve ever encountered she refused to do absolutely anything when I asked her if there was a coupon available for my full price prescription, she said it wasn’t her job to use her personal (???) time and computer to help me find a coupon for my 560$ prescription?? Ummm I’m pretty sure the time u spend behind that counter in that white jacket is not your personal time sweetie...I called the district manager already but just want to make sure I acknowledge her here as well ?

This review comes after numerous issues and months of problems with this store. I don’t like to leave negative reviews because let’s face it, retail & dealing with the public is hard but this store is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy is the worst. They consistently “lose” prescriptions in their computer system. How I don’t know. It happens not only with me but with another member in my household as well. They’ll say they haven’t received anything from the Drs. Office when my Drs will tell me they sent it. There have been times a prescription has been sent 3x! There should NEVER be A need for this. The employees are rude, never want to even help you with a basic question. They act like you are bothering them. I have never seen a store or pharmacy run so poorly. If they are that busy then either hire more employees or the ones who do work here should get out & find other types of employment. If you can’t handle the heat-get out of the kitchen. They tell you there are problems with your insurance and there isn’t. All unnecessary stress for no reason. Who feels like going through all this over and over on a consistent basis especially when you have health issues or you are sick? I moved down here and picked this pharmacy because it was close to my home, I’d rather drive an hour away than to go here! This was the last straw yesterday when yet again they told me to pick up my prescription in 4 hours & after waiting they called & said they were out of the medication! I then had to call other pharmacies to find who had it, then had to make calls to my Drs office to have a new prescription sent to another pharmacy! Hours wasted on the phone with aggravation. I now transferred all my medications out of here! Never again! The other member in my household still has their meds here and we are sitting outside waiting because after three phone calls they said they can’t find her prescription. Now the Dr has to manual call in a new prescription for an eye infection! This is ridiculous!! Her meds will soon be transferred out of this store too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And of course Rich (the red head everyone is complains about) is as rude as ever. For as young as he is, he needs to find a new job or be trained in Customer Service. He does not belong being a pharmacist!
