I had an issue with my CVS card during my purchase and received the help I needed to complete my transaction. Lynn, who helped me was efficient, friendly and a definite asset to CVS. I will definitely return to CVS.

David, went beyond this morning with helping me at the kiosk machine to print my family passport pictures. The machine gave us a lil hustle but David was so patient and not even once showed impatience nir was he irritated. Instead he made me feel assured that we'll get the printing through. His customer service is fantastic and made me leave the pharmacy very happy and made to feel like a cared for customer.

2 hours after my prescription was called in, the pharmacy still didn’t have it and I was told it’s because their computer system is very slow. Was notified the next day that it was ready, it was not.

CVS doesn’t hire enough staff to fill prescriptions (waited 24 hours and not available). It’s not the employees fault. This is poor management.

No one answers the pharmacy phone. Was on hold and ads for 30 mins. Go elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever encountered. The location is understaffed and rude. If you can find other options, use them!!!

Very nice staff! Always feel like I got help and they handled everything with care and grace. the staff made sure I found everything I needed. I get my photos printed here all the time!

This store went from awful to a little better over the last two years and back to awful again. They are way understaffed. One day recently only the pharmacist was behind the counter, trying to handle customers, calls and filling prescriptions at the same time. The last time I requested refills online (that are supposedly on auto refill) it took one week for me to get a text that they were ready. When I got there the refills couldn't be found and had to be done while I waited. After a recent dr. appt. I went right there even though I didn't feel well because I knew it was the only way to expedite the prescriptions he phoned in and wanted me to start right away. I only go there because of the convenient location but I'm at the point I would drive further for a more responsive and reliable pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS. It should not even be operating. I tried to have a prescription refilled. I was left on hold for over an hour and then the phone went dead. The manager was rude and refused to help me. I have been a CVS customer for years but I will be changing because of this experience.

Pharmacy has 1 employee trying to get my status of a prescription and you are holding for over an hourThey should farm out the work to another pharmacy if they can't handle the business 2 days is too long to wait for a refill especially for birth control Staff on from desk was rude when I asked they said they are doing the best they can

The pharmacy is either understaffed or overwhelmed. Prescriber spent 20 min trying to call in a prescription without anyone answering. Ended up using the Walgreens across the street which was a very pleasant experience. Had to go in today for an existing prescription and they had brought in traveling help who were very nice and quickly filled the prescription that was "promised" to be filled yesterday evening. I personally wouldn't use this pharmacy as my first choice until some changes are made.

Had a prescription called in for my daughter who had the flu to be sent to Bonita Springs CVS. a day later we were notified it was finally arrived at a CVS in naples. CVS system is a complete disaster. The staff at the CVS so we're very pleasant.

Calling the CVS pharmacy at Vanderbilt Beach Rd. is a difficult experience. When their phone is answered, it’s an automatic message that keeps repeating the same information over and over again. After 20 minutes, I terminated the call. What is the point of calling them if they aren’t going to deal with the phone call?I will check out some other pharmacies, for comparison.

If there was a zero star option that would be mine! Tried three separate times on the same day to reach the pharmacy to a total whole time of 2 1/2 hours and I never got through to the pharmacy. Absolutely unacceptable
