May was Very helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure my blood pressure medicine was filled correctly, after it was sent in wrong by my new doctor.\\nShe fixed it then helped me with other questions.\\nApparently this location seems understaffed, and I observed some frustrated customers. This clearly not the fault of the pharmacist or the staff here. So be patient with them, and you will see they will take care of you.

My prescription was “processing” for 15 hoursNever using CVS for prescriptions again if I can help it. This particular CVS the employees were kind, but overall CVS is unwilling to pay to retain good tech’s and they are falling apart because of it.

Worst pharmacy. They are slow, never have prescription ready on time, horrible customer service. I have been standing in line for over a half hour only to be told the script wasn't.

Extremely rude and incompetent pharmacy manager, which propagates to further dysfunction of the entire pharmacy team and operation there. My co-pay for a particular medication was $300 when it should have been only $25 because of an insurance data-entry error on the pharmacy part. Switched over to Sam's Club's pharmacy across the street and now properly paying $25, but this CVS was a complete rip-off. When approached about their mistake by us, the consumer, and the medication manufacturer, they refused to take any action to correct it, and instead insulted personally. I can see the rest of the bad reviews are totally justified. Sam''s Club Pharmacy says they have people coming from that CVS all the time, transferring their prescription, because of the incompetence and the humiliation they have faced with at this CVS pharmacy location.

Dr called in prescription and whoever wrote it down didn't write dosage. Took 2 days to get my meds. But had Dr fax it so as no more mistakes. He faxed at 5:30 and cvs doesn't answer phones so have to walk there several times at this point and at 7:30 he says nothing was sent. I pick up every 28 days, which if you actually count is 29th day well these people filling in atm are pushing it back a day so technically having to stress that it's filled on the 30th day, when it's been nothing but issues so far. Apparently regular staff around 10 miles radius have Covid? A lady drove 45 min for scheduled. Ovid test but they couldn't do it. Pharmacy was technically closed to "catch up on fills" so when they found mine she wasn't gonna fill because she said new script until I explained the mess up with voicemail and whoever copied it down. And that it was sent day before to fix it. Several were coming in that had texts that their meds were ready when they weren't. GET PEOPLE WHO CAN MULTTITASK AND NOT PUT PHONE ON MUTE SO PEOPLE DONT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO COME AND THINGS NOT BE DONE. Also fill on dates that I've filled for last 4 years not pushing back because you can't count days. If it's illegal to fill it won't go through with my insurance or even the system

Worst customer service ever. Arrived for a minute clinic scheduled appointment yesterday, nurse was running behind and instead of telling the patients waiting in the waiting room made us reschedule so completely wasted out times. Rescheduled for this morning, came back in for a appointment and the nurse doesn't even show up. Me, two other patients and a child were left waiting to be seen and no nurse showed up. Absolutely pathetic. Not a single employee in the store can get in contact with the nurse, claim it's a separate business, and the store doesn't have a phone so there's no way of contacting the nurse. I use to work for CVS for 4 years, in no way shape or form should I have to ask 5 different employees what's going on to get one to step; that should result in termination. The location I previously worked at had an amazing staff; sad to see this location is so poorly ran. I see the business isn't taken as seriously at this location and everyone who works there hates their jobs I guess. Perhaps you should be flipping patties instead of dealing with peoples health and wasting their time. Pathetic.

Pharmacy staff and pharmacist Jack is extremely rude and condescending. Don't use CVS for your pharmacy needs unless you want to be treated like the scum of the earth.

Everyone at this store is super friendly and caring. Pharmacy employees are awesome. Definitely recommend
