I have never had such a horrible experience the way I had today at this place!!! I contacted Corporate and waiting as we speak. Trust and believe I will let my family and friends know so they will never go to this store.. I was ripped off, I’m disabled and I don’t have money to throw away like that. I’m so upset…this store is horrible. I had the phone for 4 days, I paid $240.00 I didn’t use the phone, it was faulty…They only credit me $81.00!!!!! I was not explained about anything, ????????

Very bad connection or almost none in many places, it is incredible the prices charged and how bad and weak the signal seems that we are in the middle of the Amazon jungle, it is simply most likely to change company

I asked a salesperson who was not inside D the store was outside the store if by changing companies I would get any promotion and he told me that he was selling me a phone for 350 dollars. So I went back to boost Mobile and they gave me a Samsung phone for $95. The seller was tall, dark-skinned, afro-haired.

I don't know how the owner of this store allows, despite complaints, racist people to continue working there. Every time I meet a fat guy who works there, I always leave upset and without solving my problem, never He has the will to help customers and I am not the first nor will I be the last, people like this guy do not deserve to represent a brand as prestigious as Cricket, they are garbage customer service

Manny was amazing and nice but the tablet was horrible it was super slow and at first I tried to scan my card and it didn’t work but overall the time was great

Terrible service! It seems that one comes to the store to ask for a gift if they are there because they are going to help the customer and in a good way. If you don't want to help, it's better to stay at home. But the fault lies with the person who trains them to work and the manager who does nothing to correct the bad Service!

They obviously don’t have or want to do their customer service job. What’s the point of having them get paid when they want the customer to figure it out themselves. They’re very rude. Might as well shut the place down.

This is the worst place for customer services. My 80 year old uncle went there and they couldn’t get his phone working. He came to my house and I called cricket customer service and they were able to get it working. It was something that could only have been done by them. But these lazy people working at this Cricket location are not problem solvers and don’t have a clue what the definition of customer service is. My poor elderly uncle has been there several times and they can never solve his problems.

I can’t believe how terrible was my experience today, there’s a guy who doesn’t work or doesn’t want to work. I went there early this morning and he didn’t even help me to get what I was looking for, I came back 20 minutes ago to see if one lady was there (who usually helps me with every concern about my account) but she wasn't, I knocked on the door for several times but he didn't open the door. If he was on his lunch the right thing to do is leave a note on the door saying at what time the store will be open again.
