Terrible experience. They failed at getting my dogs international travel papers. They charged me $570 and then tried to tell me that I needed to spend almost another $100 to have the paperwork returned to me via FedEx. I told them this was not the case. The Dr basically called me a liar. I asked to have my money refunded, which they did do and had the same paperwork cometed at Harborside Animal Clinic the next day for $360 dollars and the paperwork was electronically returned to their office the same afternoon for no additional fee. These guys are just preying on people's needs and price gouging. Stay away!

I bring my puppy here for her vaccines and yearly check ups. I love this place because Sadie feels so comfortable being here with the nurses and doctor. We are never separated for long and while waiting they have calm music playing and clean private rooms. Thank you!

Recently had my Goldendoodle spayed here. It was her first ever surgery and we were both extremely nervous dropping her off in the morning. I wanted to give a special thanks to reception for calling with updates and reassurance. I’m very grateful to have this as my primary vet.

Do not go to this vet!!! They only want your money and not concerned about the well being of your pets. I have senior Maltese that limps and has some growths on his skin. They wanted senior labs. Fine. They lost his urine and took a blood sample but not blood for the heart guard test. He went back for X-rays to make sure his hip was fine before giving him arthritis medicine. Wouldn’t take his blood that day said I’d have to come back for blood draw for heart worm test. They never called me back for any of the results. I had to call them and they were short and rude. The arthritis medicine worked so called today to have it refilled. They want me to bring him in for……. You guessed it more bloodwork. He cannot make a 50 minute drive there and back each way since we’ve moved. They don’t care! Said it’s been since February so they won’t give it to him without a blood test. It’s been 8 months. Arthritis medicine!! Then she hung up on me cause I told her they were not concerned about pets just $$$$.

First of all is not the first time I visit this clinic with my frenchie. She’s a very delicate dog and they always treat her in the most gentle way possible. The staff is really attentive and answer all of my questions. Without a doubt I’ll keep bringing my dog . I know she is in good hands. Their service towards your pet and the owner alike is always 10/10 . Thank you ?

First and LAST visit.I took my kitten for her first appointment, agreed to all recommended tests and vaccines. The tech took her to the back for the examination which I didn't like but wanted to remain open minded. After the examination, the tech brought her back and said everything is fine and basically motioned me to leave. I said isn't the vet going to come in and talk to me? He said, if you have questions. I couldn't believe that the vet couldn't be bothered to come in and talk to me, after paying for their time. I also would like to know who is seeing my kitten! This is a new practice, you would think they would like to build a rapport with their new clients!

I am absolutely appalled how this place operates. I brought my Bichon Poodle mix in because he had some loose stools over a week long period. Dog was otherwise happy, no other issues. Brought the dog in, they took the dog from me, disappeared into the back. Dr comes in later and starts recommending all sorts of tests that are not necessary. I come from a medical family and have had numerous dogs with different issues over the years. This is not my first rodeo.I asked the dr to just perform a basic stool panel to test for parasites. If its negative, we can look further. Living in florida, parasites are the most likely the issue and there is NO need to prod, poke or puncture my dog to draw blood for this. Like humans, they don't like to get needles in them. It hurts. He says ok. Great. The tech comes in and hands me an authorization form for $1,200 in tests!!! All the tests that i declined were on the form. In addition, they wanted to X-RAY my dog for some diarrhea. That's nuts. Not only is it horrendously inappropriate and expensive, its also not good to irradiate your animals for such minor issues. My advice, read the authorization forms closely. Understand what those items are for and don't consent to unnecessary diagnostics that can harm your animal, and cost you. Your dog will thank you and so will your wallet. These guys are churn artists. They perform unnecessary work to pump up their revenue and don't seem to care that sticking a needle into an animal hurts. It shouldn't be done unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, They are taking advantage of their client's emotional attachments to their animals. Just not nice and not professional.Think twice before using this place. There are lots of other vets that won't do this to you or your pets.

I really liked this place when I first got my puppy 2 years ago. But the last yr the service and quality has gone terribly down. The staff seems to be fairly new and inexperienced. One of the vets dropped my dog a few visits ago and after more than 6 months of dealing with my dogs ear problems, they never figured it out and just made me spends hundred’s of dollars. My most recent visit today I had to walk out because the staff was too busy messing around, laughing and doing anything but assist the customers. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back and hope you all improve quality and work ethic. A smile or a kind greeting would be nice from your receptionist as well.

Had an emergency situation where we had to have our dog's shots updated immediately... They were able to fit us in the next day, on a weekend, without issue. The facility is very professional, the staff was courteous and knew what they were doing, and the prices were reasonable.

Dr. Lopez helped us with the passing of our dog about 10 years ago. The Dr. and assistant took time to make the process as peaceful and reverent as possible. We called them back to help us with the passing of our cat a year or so ago and had a completely different experience. The techs were respectful and kind, but they did not complete the treatment effectively at all. First, we asked that our cat be sedated before starting the procedure - this was not done. Second, when the doctor inserted the IV the cat started screaming in pain. This went on for about 60 seconds while the assistant struggled to remove the cap from the syringe containing the medication. Our cats final moments were spent screaming because they refused to sedate her and the technician couldn't figure out how to uncap a syringe. Finally, when we contacted the office to find out why this had happened, NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL US BACK.It has taken me more than a year to be able to even write about this without breaking down. I know bad things happen sometimes and mistakes get made - but the circumstances of this event were so egregiously bad that I think the public needs to know. The suffering caused to our animal in the final moments of her life were one thing - but to fail to call us back about this kind of problem are a whole other level of terrible service. We aren't trolls trying to harm a competitor - this is an actual experience that potential customers need to know about.
