I had the pleasure of working with Kialee and Kaitlyn from Clive Daniel, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were incredibly personable, attentive to my needs, and brought my vision to life effortlessly. I can’t say enough good things about the team who helped me get my house ready. Kialee and Kaitlyn are fantastic young women, with great personalities, energy, taste and the best is their professionalism. They are hard workers, they put time and effort in every project, no matter how big or small. K&K have a great work ethic, they listen to what we want, and follow or take the lead from there. I look forward to our meetings at their beautiful conference room where we laugh and enjoy the process.

Alisha Moore helped me find the perfect table and chairs (to replace an undesirable bench) for the end of the bed in my guest room. I walked into CD and she warmly welcomed me. I told her what I was looking for and what my price range was. She was so kind, caring, positive and authentic. She asked some questions about the bedroom design and asked if I could send some pics after I got home, which I did. She then scoured the store, sent me a couple pics of 2 different sets of which she thought might work. They were both beautiful but one of them was perfect and meant for that room. So we purchased the set and are entirely happy with it. She listened closely to what my needs were and nailed it without trying to steer me in another direction or upsell me. I would highly recommend Alisha and use her again should I have the need for an interior designer:).

Absolutely the worst experience ever spending money in a high end store to buy furniture. They took a deposit of mine for a lot of furniture in March 2023, when delivery time came in early October 2023, 8 dining chairs (That had been in stock along with the new fabric) had not even been made) So they happily took my final deposit and come delivery time showed up without the 8 chairs. They gave me a credit to make up for it and I also had to wait another 5 weeks for my chairs but the credit pacified me even though I was upset. They delivered a custom sideboard the delivery men drilled holes through so that was damaged. Here we are February 2024, they call demanding the credit they gave me for the chairs insisting it was to cover the material until they made my chairs, and to deliver a replacement piece they had damaged. Funny they didn't ask for the money back when the chairs were delivered end of October. They promised me they would make everything right and after delivering the replacement piece and they offered me a very measly credit on my card and a very measly credit to use in the store. Their customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have many friends looking to furnish 4-5,00 sq feet homes and I will happily steer them to Robb and Stucky. Bad experiences go a long way and they could have created a whole different outcome by taking better care of me for all the trouble they put me through.

Horrible experience purchasing a lot of furniture from them. They took deposits from me in March/April of 2023, they took balances in August 2023 prior to delivery. Oct 9, 2023, they deliver my furniture not only missing 8 dining chairs that they never had upholstered as requested, but the delivery personal drilled holes straight through a custom chest. They give me a credit for fabric for the chairs to make up for the fact they were never made and now I would have to wait yet another 6 weeks to receive them. They ordered me a replacement chest..but that was two months later when I called to inquire because Maria, their customer service agent totally forgot to order it. So now I have to wait until February 2024. Then they have the nerve to request their credit back telling me it was never to compensate me and I owe them. Wow... and their "compensation " for all the trouble and mistakes is to offer me a measly $500 credit to my card and $500 in store credit. Like I would ever want to spend another nickel in the store. I paid them because I have ethics and I am a decent person. I should not have paid them but that's not who I am. I regret ever spending a dime in that store. Horrible customer service, and no respect for their clients.

I was excited to see the new Fort Myers store but was immediately disappointed with the windowless warehouse feel of the showroom. The man who was assigned as my “designer“ was pleasant enough at first but when he discovered that I had wandered into the fabric section, he became hostile and scolded me for being unaccompanied by a staff member. Without actually saying it, he acted like I was going to steal something! I was so insulted that I left the store immediately and vowed never to return. Be careful if you decide to check out the new store. You may go in with a good mood but end up feeling lousy on the way out.
