Your manager, Patricia is very, very bad. She told me if I didn't like it. For me to go next door to race, track and shop there. I own a big company, and we get a lot of gas and diesel out of that store. And we go there every day. But not anymore.

This store has a clerk behind the counter a male named Jarrett who definitely has ripped people off. He ripped my dad off on a lottery ticket for 15 dollars and pocket it. My dad is 82 and has an accent so he figured he could take advantage. I told his manager Trisha about looking at the video tapes and claims he did nothing wrong. This incident is exactly what Steven Davis said and sounds like the same clerk. I say fire him now because he makes a living out of ripping people and his manager Trisha should be fired for lying and not giving my dad his 15 dollars. Not a store to go to ,he told my dad that he had to go with what the machine told him when questioned, about the discrepancy and my dad being nieve he didn't ask for ticket back. I want my dad to get his money back and both of them fired.Line Bader

Tried to purchase a bottled water and 2 24oz mountain dew bottles on my way home from Marco Island. The gentleman at the register scanned the bottles and the mountain dews did not ring in at the right price. The clerk told me it was for the smaller 20oz bottles, which I thought was wrong but I could have misread, So I walked back to exchange them, and sure as I thought, the sign on the window and the rack said 2 for 3.33! So I walked back to the register to tell him what the sign says and he said well it doesn't ring up at that price so I can't help you... Terrible customer service. If the price is wrong, fix it or take the advertisement down. I know i shouldn't expect much from an establishment like this, but don't advertise something if your not willing to honor it.

The line was very long. Clerk was very slow and unsure of what he was doing. Customers were walking in looking at the line and walking out. Horrible experience. And it wasnt the first time.

In line for 10 min. Only one clerk working. Drank my drink before i could get to cashier. Store was clean and busy.
