I tried calling nicely to ask if I could return a flashlight that wouldn't work- the person on duty couldn't give me an answer, and when I asked if there's a manager on duty (not because she was mean but I assume manager can perform returns) she said "and this is why I don't answer the phone" and hung up on me. Terrible service.

Staff is OK. Pumps almost always don't work, or some are down. Same with machines inside.

I go in the morning. Cashiers are all good.if they just keep x large coffee cups that are broken available and creamer in the dispenser they would be a 5 star.

Awful. Cashier was extremely rude and refused to sell us alcohol and cigarettes because she had a bad attitude. Take your business elsewhere

this circle K is CLUTCH af. They are the only circle k that is allowed to say “open 24/7”!! me and my friends went to about 6 other stores and were all closed. When we saw that man rolling around the store on a rolley cart we knew we found the right store. 10/10

Spanish lady behind counter super horrible Costumer service Super Rude for absolutely No reason at all. I asked to throw away a Piece of Paper and she rudely responded to me “You can walk outside and throw it away yourself” I said ma’am you have a Trash right behind you she responded “I don’t care that’s our Trash your trash goes outside walk and throw it away out there. Need to treat costumers better. ??

The lady behind the counter on the afternoon of Monday November 7th needs a 101 class on professionalism! What a joke this location is! Rude staff, and apparently no customer service training.

Every single time my mom, sister or I go in, the lady at the desk is rude and gives an attitude for no reason at all. We are polite and give no trouble. I don’t know why she is constantly rude to the customers. Maybe hire someone that has decent customer skills. I don’t know her name but she is a bigger lady with black hair that she ties back and has an accent.

Spent $60 at the pump and $34 inside the store, then was asked to pay 74 cents after completing my transaction for the empty cup I had grabbed for the beverage I bought in the store.
