Chris’s Hallmark Shop of Coastland Center is a fun, randomly assorted (gift?) store. I stroked quite a meaningful and in depth conversation with a few of the employees here and we went for quite a while, but I enjoyed it. It has definitely a lot of items like mugs, shirts that are all licensed. (Mostly a lot of Disney brands.) Overall, I recommend Chris’s Hallmark Ship for all of your Hallmark needs.

Cindy was horribly rude and condescending. She seemed very unhappy to work there and bothered anyone asking a simple question. Love this store but the short haired blonde lady named Cindy is completely unprofessional and rude.

I saw online that Hallmark Stores were having 50% off on certain ornaments and decorations. I was interested in the Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise Table Top Decoration. I called the Hallmark in Coastland Mall on 01/01/24 to find out if they had it in stock and they did!! When I arrived and started looking for it the lady at the register said 'Are you the one that called?' I said 'Yes!' She had taken her time to get it out of the storage supply area. I was surprised and very happy that she had done that. Keep up the great work!!

They have awesome selection of greeting cards for all occasions. Great selection of different gifts etc … Employees was great service in store . Also on the phone when I called to see if my item I had personalized came in . But when I called after receiving my item & realized it didn’t get personalized the Lady on the call then got rude and would not even lmk or suggest the # I should call at Hallmark to receive the help I need . I reached out to 1800HALLMARK myself and the issue was resolved but no thanks or help of Chris’s hallmark on Vanderbilt beach road .
