Must be under new management, staff was not helpful. I had a much more enjoyable shopping experience there a year ago when I visited the area. Clothes were brought to me then at dressing room. This time it was like pulling teeth to get any help but yet they were anxious at the cash register to get credit for my sale. There were no size 3.5 or 4 in the store. When I asked if they could call another location to check if they had those sizes, the response was, I'll have to ask my manager. I was shopping with my 83 year old mother, there was no consideration given by staff to offer assistance to help me find clothes for her after i reoeatedly asked
