There is NO such thing as PRIVate CLIENT!! Don’t believe it for a minute!! Everyone I try and use my card it’s DENIED. Called and visited more times the can count. Pulling ALL of my money out ASAP!!! Pathetic customer service!!!!

Went to cash a check that was drawn from there, was told it was over the non member limit. Such a scam, what the hell's the point of the bank then? Was previously considering opening an account there, but this helped make the decision easy!

I would not come here unless you would like to be denied access to what is yours and discriminated against especially by the cashier named JonathanNote: I do not hold a Chase bank account but that not a problem. They usually take a 10$ fee out as long as the corporation who makes the check out banks with chaseI came in with a corporate check ( who banks with Chase) and a valid ID and was deniedI then tried a different Chase banks and was granted access to my fundsSame check, same ID, same explanation, same exact everythingI can’t think of anything that would make them deny me the funds the first time around other then the cashier who assisted me

was a the bank to get a notary...and notice a advertisement for a CD at a good rate ..and asked about it.the banker told me to go on line to check it out ..The minimum investment twas 100K which told me go away i don't want your money ....these bankers today have no clue on how to treat customers or create customer relations...That why I only USE this bank for convenience

To say I had a great experience with the service is an understatement. The service was OUTSTANDING and the bank representative (Nahela) went above and beyond to assist me with all my banking needs. She did an excellent job. I hope Chase Bank recognizes the great job its employees are doing. Good employees are hard to find and Nahela is definitely a keeper. I also give her my complements for doing such a fantastic job! I definitely recommend this Chase Branch.

ATM have small limits, and you exceed your daily limit at 1,000.00, also you can only deposit 10 checks at a time. Terrible! I will bypass it and go to Beach Road location.

i actually should have done this over 3 weeks ago, i have been so busy but today i felt the need to express my greatest graditute to Veronica, she has given me and my husband the best customer service weve ever experienced and i mean before we became a member and even after, nothing short of amazing!!!! and we really mean that, thank you so much for the amazing service! highly recommend her and even all the branch staff are kind.

When you have a problem with your account they don't help you, they tell you to call a line that never answers. When depositing check into my account it takes more than a week to clarify !!! horrible I can't access my money

I had same experience as others here. Went to open a business account and nobody was available despite multiple people in cubicles and one customer in bank. After opening an account at another branch, I went back here to withdraw cash. The SMUG man (I'll hold back his name) behind the only "teller window" asked me if the ATM was broken as I approached him. I told him I had not received an atm card yet and he reluctantly assisted me. I made a point to confirm that it was ok to ask him to do his job as he sat there with a grin. Seemed his supervisor or manager was next to him. Who is running this branch????!!!! You seriously can't make this stuff up.

Went in to open an account for my son. Was told we needed to make an appointment to open an account. No other customer was in the bank at the time.
