It was so good to experience outstanding customer service when that is so hard to fine nowadays. Mr. Ernesto made my transaction easy and pleasant. What a pleasure! If you enjoy dealing with customer service in 3rd world countries, this is the bank for you. After using the bank for 5 months, today the bank decided to start charging me $10/month for a service fee. Calling the customer service person in the Philippines, it was explained to me I'm just seeing that now because in the prior months, the bank waived the service charge.....but now are going to be charging this fee every month. Would have been nice to know this before.

I am so disappointed for choosing Chase as my Bank. I deposited a check on Saturday August, 1st and I waited until Monday for them to clear the check. I also called them and told me it will clear after midnight on Monday. Today I called again and they told the check needed a second verification and it will clear on Tuesday 11th. What is this? I can not use my money, money that I deposited from the company I work for, in a bank I chose to be my bank. MY BIG MISTAKE !!!!!

They don't offer notary services with witnesses ( no matter how much money you have with them!) . The banking service has changed a lot . It's a shame .

Sumara was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. Very rude and short with no explanations. It sounded like she was making up her own rules. You would think a bank would be more attentive with the clientele in Naples. Luckily I have several other banks and they are all in Naples.
