My wife and I received the worst customer service from Nahela at this location. My wife, the account owner, needed to add me as her account's beneficiary, and Nahela insisted that to conduct the type of account maintenance my wife needed to show two types of IDs. My wife had her passport and her Chase account bank statement; however, Nahela refused to help us and insisted that we provide her with a utility bill with a US-based address. She asked my wife why she didn't have "anything" under her name, asked my wife for the length of her residency in the US, demanded her social security number, and asked for her employment status. All those questions were irrelevant to the meeting objective. After doing my research and talking to friends that currently work in the Chase organization, I realized that she could have helped us with the two types of IDs my wife had at the time. Based on Chase's policy, we didn't need a utility bill with a US-based address to complete the process. That said, either Nahela wasn't trained properly or Nahela profiled my wife and me and labeled us based on her own and made up judgment. In my opinion, Chase needs to put attention to this type of behavior which negatively impact the equity of the brand. And to Nahela, you must change your approach to your customer because we are part of your day, do day responsibilities as a Chase employee.Note: My wife and I went to a different Chase location the same day and were able to complete the process of adding me as my wife checking account's beneficiary.

Do not bank here. JP Morgan quality of service has gone down tremendously over that past few years. Nobody calls back, the bank Manager with attitude says she doesn’t have answers. Associates that take your info and say they will call back do not.Time to start banking with local small banks.

Openly laughed at me for showing up to exchange money for my business, they told me they handle zero cash at this location as if I was supposed to somehow know that for some reason this bank doesn’t work with cash? I only came to this one because the one on pine ridge, where they were super nice and professional, did not have enough money to change out for me and referred me to check in at this chase location to get the rest.

I don’t go into this branch often, maybe once a year, but whenever I do I always receive excellent service! Staff is very friendly.

Absolute worst customer service. I’ve had the most difficult time getting ahold of someone via phone so finally went into the branch and the girl was so unbelievably rude. Said I needed to call after I expressed how many issues I was having and gave a snide attitude. This was the last straw for me and I am finally closing all of my chase accounts. Good riddance and on to better banks such as Wells Fargo.

Worst customer service in a branch. I waited 45 minutes only to have a rude Chase representative take her friend off the teller line and wait on him before me. He literally had just walked in and there was only one other person on line in front of him. Are these high school kids or professionals? To make matters worse, I was told the banker was booked up (yes only 1 in the whole branch) and I had to drive to another branch. Don't walk but run from this place!

Jamie Diamon needs to call in to any Chase Branch for service.....he is clueless on how badly they preform......Suggest he gets out of retail banking and devote energy to pure banking.......it is an embarrassment...thank God the share I have are devoid from retail performance.....

I went in at lunch to send wire for my new house closing. I ended up waiting over 1 and half hours trying to do my wire. After being sent to back of the line excuse after excuse why they can not help me , they insist on charging me a $35 dollar fee for the wire. My sapphire account might as well be private client so there is zero charge, I watch them help 20 ppl and I end up having to goto private client just to send my wire. They destroyed my lunch hour, stressed me out, treated me horrible , insisted on arguing with me and hanging up on me, the entire time they are wrong and not one time would they apologize!!! Yea unbelievable the fake nasty ppl full of hate !!!

Thank you Alexis!CHASE was very busy when I entered however, one CHASE employee was front and center to address everyone's needs to be sure they were waiting in the correct line. She directed me to a waiting area, where within 5 minutes Alexis, Relationship banker, approached me, she had heard my conversation and knew exactly what I needed. Had the information, gave me a printed document to let me know exactly when and where my funds would be sent. As promised, within 3 days the funds had landed into my account.I have a CHASE INK card which had mega points for me to review. After trying for 45 plus minutes to have these converted into usable funds I waited the 3 days with no results. Then went to CHASE, these folks are well trained.

Terrible service! Bring a certified check FROM chase to cash at CHASE! Mind you I have business and personal account with chase and I was told I can’t do it! Stay away

I am so disappointed for choosing Chase as my Bank. I deposited a check on Saturday August, 1st and I waited until Monday for them to clear the check. I also called them and told me it will clear after midnight on Monday. Today I called again and they told the check needed a second verification and it will clear on Tuesday 11th. What is this? I can not use my money, money that I deposited from the company I work for, in a bank I chose to be my bank. MY BIG MISTAKE !!!!!
