I have Chase bank and I would advise anyone else that doesn’t never come here. They Are constantly doing maintenance on cards and customers are suffering because they can’t use their card at a gas station or even buy a bottle of water. This is pathetic.

If you are a major corporation with billions of dollars, they might be OK. But they treat ordinary people like you and me like dirt. I kept many tens of thousands of dollars in my checking and savings account there, but they are arrogant and regularly throw their weight around, they do what they want to do with disregard for their clients. I have moved on, and I have strongly discourage friends and family from doing any business there. There are good financial institutions that actuallly care about their clients and treat them with a little respect.

Need more help… i am banking for work and it takes forever… 1 teller working on a huge line and the rest not caring. I have to find a new bank. They absolutely do not value their customers time. The people are nice and friendly… my humble opinion this attitude is the company attitude or the branch managers… its not the employees

I have been a longtime customer of Chase. When Washington Mutual was bought by Chase, I stuck around (and so did my money) and I have to say that I have been impressed with Chase and their customer service. I travel a lot for business and in addition to this particular branch, I have been to many Chase branches and cannot remember ever having an issue. While I understand that Chase is a global entity, I have to comment that Chase does have that small town bank feel to their customer service. In my primary location, everyone knows me by name and greets me warmly. If you are looking for a bank, I would definitely recommend Chase. Again, I have been to many locations and I honestly cannot remember a single issue, though I can remember a lot of positive experiences. I give this location and this bank overall five stars.

This is a VERY professional and personable staff. Naples is a community of very condescending people that have very little patience and expect working people to worship the ground they walk on, despite that the Chase staff still shines in their field!

BEWARE. Do not come here if you need anything notarized. They supposedly are the only ones in the state of Florida who do it correctly. And by correctly, I mean attaching some form to your document and notarizing that instead of the document you actually need notarized. This is supposedly in accordance with Florida state law. We had taken the same document 2 weeks earlier to another Chase branch and got the document notarized without any problems. We called the lender who we were getting the documents notarized for and they said that they do business in Florida every day and have never heard of this. We then took the document down the street to UPS and apart from having to pay $20 instead of it being free at our own business bank, got the forms notarized without any problems. Thanks for nothing.
