I was given wrong information by a charles schwab worker after setting up an account online. I went to go deposit cash and a check and The man on the left side of counter was slightly rude to me. Guess im not the demographic they like. I was told I couldn't deposit any cash and a check had to be over 100 if deposited. I basically wasted my time coming here. Probably wont come back either. Customer service is important and that dude was rude

We tried to get some forms notarized for depositing paper savings bonds. The attendant at Schwab said they only notarize Schwab documents and wouldn't notarize these government documents. Fortunately, we also have an account at Fidelity. We went across the street and they notarized them without complaint. 2 stars because they had air conditioning and they weren't rude about it.

I went online to Schwab.com to transfer some cash assets to my personal bank account. The site would allow me to transfer money into my Schwab account, but not out!!! It's my money, how can they keep it from me? Time to call the SEC

Went into the Naples 5th Ave branch to make a deposit and was told no one on duty could make the deposit and that I have to go to the other branch in Naples. Can you please explain to me how an account holding customer is unable to make a deposit into my account at a branch that has no-one authorized to take a deposit. NOT HAPPY!!

Unless you are very wealthy, I wouldn't recommend this firm. I called to make a face-to-face appointment with one of Schwab's financial advisers. The person I spoke with took some information (including net worth), and told me he would have someone get right back to me. Nobody ever called, texted, or emailed. Not my idea of service. Just goes to show you "money talks-B.S. walks." I'm guessing they look at me to be the latter!!

Charles Schwab Elmpoyees trespassing on my property while I was having brain radiation in Tampa and the male employee tried to Molest/sexually harm my babysitter.The female employee Emily Perkinson is just an idiot.They have since trespassed at least a dozen times, forced my child london to squeeze Emily's dogs p*** in his hands and rub it in his clothes, etc. CHILD ABUSERS!!!!!!Keep away!!

The people here were very condescending and rude when I asked a few questions about my account with them. They also informed me that they won't print a set of my annual tax forms because they want to minimize contact with the public.
